Shady and dishonest ignorant customer service

Don t use Paypal if you don t know how to bill people correctly through their site Apparently one person at Alloy has knowledge of their Paypal system and she s never available to resolve customer billing issues I was charged 5 seperate times for one order and ended up paying nearly 40 over the payment I authorized I can t get a straight answer from anyone in their billing department and think it s absolutely ridiculous that I am having to explain myself over and over again to a company who admits they ve overcharged me and yet nobody has authorization to credit my account It s a good thing I elected to go through Paypal with the added security and privacy protection or I probably would ve been robbed blind DON T SHOP HERE IT S NOT WORTH SAVING A FEW BUCKS

This site and company are ridiculous They took money out of my account then refunded it and cancelled my order without telling me 5 times I spent days online and on the phone trying to reorder my clothes dealing with both rude and disrespectful customer service Then was told it was my fault for ordering online and not by phone I was a long time customer and i seriously dont know if i will ever shop Alloy again

Customer Service Clothing are terrible

I will never shop with Alloy again Their clothes are already overly priced and completely ill-fitted but to make matters worse Customer Service never answers emails I ll take my business elsewhere

POOR QUALITY AND EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Save your time and money and DO NOT buy from Alloy com Everything I have received has been absolute garbage and does not follow the beautiful descriptions and size charts in their catalog I am trying to return my third and final order with them There was an error so I called their 24 hour customer service and the person said the actual customer service is only there until 5 30 eastern time completely negating what was written in an email from one of their online customer reps I have wasted time and money with this company one too many times and I am going to BBB if they don t give me my money back asap I don t understand how they can sell such poor quality clothing treat their customers so poorly and get away with it

Bad customer service

I place an order on April 20 2016 i got a confirmation number and get charged on my credit card A week later did not receive the item or any more e-mails I called several times no answer and average waiting of 15 mins I have sent e-mails no answer at all Finally was able to get a person on the phone and told me that the order number I got over the e-mail did not exist and didn t give me any other choice I call my bank to get the charges back Poor customer service they don t even try to satisfy the customer to get the customer back and to try to correct their mistake Too bad very disappointed

4 weeks and no jeans

It s been 4 weeks and I ve only received the 2 out of 3 jeans I purchased I emailed them two weeks ago asking about my order and received a bogus response It took way too long to ship out my first two items and I m still waiting on another item Their website has been down because it won t let me click the check my order status button I ve tried for the past week No point of contacting customer service again because response is going to bogus There are other retailers in the industry so steer away from this one

Alloy Employees are thieves

I went online to purchase a 20 skirt with anticipation to order additional if this arrived to my expectations However a computer problem on their site prevented the online order Thus I called and made the purchase by phone To my surprise my account was debited twice for the purchase Here s the worse - the associate used my account information and went to Target com and went on a 200 shopping spree Upon my return calls to inform them of the stealing agent no one was interested in my experience and placed me on their musical holds each time I called back DO NOT ORDER IF YOU DON T WANT FRAUD ON YOUR BANKING CARDS

Complete ripoff and total nightmare

I placed an order on June 7th and after I paid I was informed on my receipt that one of my items wouldn t be available until July 16 I called June 8th and told Alloy that I wanted that item removed from my order and instead add a pair of sandals Instead of just charging me the difference for the sandals they charged my account twice I called customer service and they were rude and not helpful at all So for now I m stuck paying 217 for 3 tops a necklace and sandals which should have cost 115 including my express delivery Please Please buyer beware this company and its clothes are not worth the headache

I just want to know what happened to the old more fashion forward alloy apparel The entire site is the same look over and over again The quality has gone down hill it s ridiculous Where are tall women supposed to shop online now Any suggestions
