Battery Charging not ideal with Basic ABO

All working very good

Battery and tools are working fine What I din t know is that when charging battery using Alpha Cloud Basic Abo it s aginst max speed of the inverter You need to switch to Smart start to avoid those chaarge peaks which are higher than the consuming peaks when spreading the home taks So we are obliged to switch to the Smart Start to charge the battery using Jabba with a reduced power of the inverter This was never communicated

Great system it would be perfection if there was a way to slow charge the battery from network during low demand on system like a true peak shaving valley filling mode

Very good working batteries Nice app to follow energy use We have bought your EV-Charger but it never loads via the batteries in all modes This was not expected We ve asked for support but still waiting to have a specialist on site
