Great customer service Richard Noble was brilliant and arranged finance very quickly

Woke up this morning and panicked that 4600 was overnight taken from my account as my agreement had ended however I called up and spoke to Christi and she got me all sorted with a new agreement and gave me all the advice I need on how to sort things out thank you so much

After finding out the garage I returned my car to had not paid off the finance they told me they had 7 days before I did receive a few frustrating standard emails but on telephoning that took no time at all to get through I was lucky enough to have a lovely lady called Remi answer who checked throughout the day for me confirmed by calling emailing me once it had finally been received which was a massive relief knowing that someone was as concerned as I was genuinely wanted to help me resolve it Can t thank Remi enough for her help

This is the 3rd finance agreement I have had with alphera brilliant customer service made the transaction very straight forward and would definitely recommend this company

had issues with a car staff were really helpful once i had rejected the car payment quickly refunded and agreement moved from my credit file to help me get a new car

Terrible service from start to finish

Terrible service from start to finish Refusing to respond to my emails still to this day about a complaint that has went on for nearly a year before reaching a solution If you try to phone its almost always hold times of over an hour It is impossible to move anything forward Avoid as much as possible

Never Use This Company

I had regained some hope after posting my last review that I may get somewhere as Alphera responded and requested my details pretty quickly Unfortunately it seems they do this for show to make their service seem a little better than the reviews suggest They are due me a large refund of my deposit plus compensation and they have just gone completely silent Never use this company

Shocking company to deal with Like almost everyone else on here I ve tried repeatedly to talk to someone about my account only to be met with complete radio silence Their failure to get back in touch is going to end up costing me money so it s off to the ombudsman I go AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS
