Lovely shop with a nice range but

Lovely shop with a nice range of clothes jewellery and homewares Sadly I find the staff dismissive frosty and verging on rude Why have a lovely high end establishment with staff who have no interest in customer service I actually bought something and I was still treated rudely Not impressed at all
