It would have been helpful to get a email saying the item was ready for collection Nothing was sent

Very disappointed to not receive a bag to carry my purchases Goods nicely wrapped but I needed a bag A paper bag should be an option Also I was asked to provide my email address for my receipt I note I have been added to your distribution list despite not asking my permission to do so Disappointing

VERY EXPENSIVE There are some lovely pieces in this

There are some lovely pieces in this shop but it is very expensive This was a one off as I was buying a present for my daughters 30th birthday I d love to go back but these really are prices that don t reflect the financial situation the majority of us find ourselves in these days
