Still Haven t Received My Order
Let me preface by saying I still have not received the correct item and it s been two weeks I ordered the vest and was accidentally sent the wrong item no stress we re all human these things happen The solution from the company was for myself the person who received my order to mail the correct orders to eachother Alwero provided me with a shipping label in which I sent and the receiver has received the item as per tracking It s been over a week since the labels were created and I still have not received mine I have reached out to the company over a week ago asking for an updated assistance by have heard nil response I reached out again on Monday and still nothing and no further response from customer service It is very disappointing At this stage I just want my correct vest I m sure it s lovely in person but who knows until I actually receive it

There is a reason for the poor ratings
Sadly this company is a disaster to deal with They sent through 2 items one of which was faulty one which incredibly undersized a child s item that stated 12 to 18 months and doesn t fit out 11 month old They do not respond to emails in a timely manner and are refusing to provide returns information - there is no address on their website So I am stuck with over 100 of unusable goods that seemingly can t be returned There is sadly a reason such a small company has such a poor rating
