Where do I begin The first Loan Officer we had was so arrogant that he kept interrupting me every time I talked The final straw with him was when he told me I needed this loan period even though it was a cash-out refinance I called the company complained they gave me a new loan officer who seemed to be so forgetful including forgetting every conversation we had had the prior day They did an Appraisal on my home that was double what we owe on the home only to send us a denial letter indicating they could not verify Residence Income or employment Unable to verify residence - WOW - We sent in DL and they Appraised the house while we were home Unable to verify income Employment - Again WOW - sent in 8 months of pay stubs and 2020 tax returns We called and complained again only to have them call back a week later saying this was done in Error The Loan officer texted me at 10pm saying they would call tomorrow which did not happen Would you really trust them after this cluster

What a waste of time They strung us along kept asking for more and more documents and wouldn t allow us to extend the rate lock The loan specialist talked down to us and shamed us because our income was just under what they required but yet we were told they would work with us The loan specialist should be fired for how he spoke to us If you don t have 750 FICO and almost zero debt they treat you horrible Avoid this place

Incompetent Employees Cheap Business and Unprofessional as it gets Not even Peyton Manning can save them and highly doubt they will last Our experience was actually identical to another s on here The agent didn t call us back for a month We had to chase him down So unprofessional

Had very bad time with American Finance understand lots of refi s going on but over 3 months and not completed Mike McCome Blake the processor and Monique Martinez if you are dealing with these people run don t walk way Never again will I try to use a mortgage company that isn t local You have been warned

This refinance was the worse The gentleman that helped me with my refinance jerked me around for several months Then when I tried to back out I was told I would have to still pay the refinance amount either way To top it off the paperwork wasn t don t correctly for my homeowners insurance There was some kind of miscommunication and my homeowners insurance was cancelled I found out months later I would never use this company or recommend them

Disappointing After hearing about American Financing on the Glen Beck podcast my wife and I decided to give them a try Carri Cameron and her team did a sorry job No communication between them whatsoever Almost every time I will call they wouldn t answer or they will ask me to send them a document I had already sent to them We were supposed to close first week of August after 3 long months of trying to get the refi done and to this point have not heard back from them Go elsewhere people and find a better option like we did

We refinanced our house with American finance 3 times and the last 2 times was with the same person jason vigil Worst experience ever Never touched base completely ignored phone and email We had to go through the main number just to get a response Absolutely the worst experience ever

What a scam Family owned I done a refinance loan and before my 1st payment they sell my loan to Chase Bank What a Con Crooked company Vif I wanted a loan through Chase Bank I would of went to Chase for the loan SCAM
