From the beginning to the end exceeding expectations

From the beginning to the end always willing to help always taking my calls and always keeping me informed of the status of the process The end result exceeded my expectations I would highly recommend American Financing And when I say beginning to end I mean it The first person to answer my call was a gentleman named Bill Park The last person to answer my call yesterday two months later was Bill Park I wasn t sent off to some other department to leave a voicemail Bill took my call and was able to access my file He had all the answers The means the structure of the company allows my representative Bill Park to access my entire file Bill was great and always there when I needed him but I think the entire company is structured to keep the customer in the forefront The customer comes first with this company

Believe the hype

We called after we heard them advertised in the Glenn Beck program I was not really convinced it would go as smoothly as the says I was pleasantly surprised when I called and spoke with Michael Lopez We got our refinance done in under 30 days Michael got us a great rate and we were very happy Between Michael and Amira it was a great experience and we would recommend them
