Not just a number

We closed a loan through American Financial in July 2020 Things were difficult everywhere with the pandemic but Justin was able to schedule and perform the actions and still adhere to all the restrictions in place After closing Justin contacted us again in November to offer an even lower rate for refinancing again I was a little skeptical about being able to close another refi after only 4 months and how much it would cost and what it might do to our credit score Justin explained everything completely and that the cost would be nothing or very little It all worked out and lowered our payment another 75 monthly with no cost to us It was ver worthwhile Justi was a great representative to work with

Both John Hazel and the loan processor Lisa Jefferson were outstanding You are not just a number to them but a actual person They worked hard through several obstacles to complete my refinance on time Top notch caring people with excellent customer service

Exceptional Customer Service

American Financing was great to deal with Our refi took longer than anticipated but that was due to the appraiser taking a long time to get the report done Our loan officer John Hazel worked hard and made sure we didn t lose our quoted rate while we waited When the report finally came in we closed very quickly Since we had a holiday weekend we were up against and wanting to make sure we got the closing done quickly John worked to get our closing done the very next day I would highly recommend American Financing and John Hazel They have been fantastic

If I could give ten stars I would

Nathan Rogers Sales Manager and Bradley Gertz Processor were THE BEST I wanted to get my loan finished up by year s end 2021 and they made it happen by November with a great intertest rate and awesome customer care After 2 re-fi loans with Nathan I will never go anywhere else

If I could give ten stars I would Andrew Paulsen and the whole team at American Financing have been a true pleasure to work with This is the second time we ve used them to re-if and both times it was an easy safe and happy experience The whole process was logical and any questions we had were answered quickly and efficiently My husband and I would wholeheartedly recommend Andrew and American Financing to anyone looking to purchase a home or refinance an existing loan Thanks so much Andrew

Heard about American Financing on the

I was very unsure when I started this process but Julie Ketelhut guided me every step of the way I was nervous about doing something so big through the internet It was Julie that made this one of the easiest process I have ever experienced She was upbeat and encouraging every time I talked to her Even when we hit some unexpected bumps in the road she never gave up looking for the answers and keeping me in the loop Julie is a wonderful person with a beautiful soul who truly cares about her clients She is a fantastic asset to your company

Heard about American Financing on the Glenn Beck show He hit the nail on the head with them They are very upfront and honest The whole process with Andrew Paulson was easy and never felt like we were being pushed into anything We will be recommending them to anyone that needs a mortgage or refi

My experience with John Hazel was Superior in all aspects from start to finish

American Financing is advertised frequently on the Glenn Beck show I wanted to refinance my house and decided to give them a try What a good choice - it was a super easy and streamlined process I worked with Justin White Senor Mortgage Consultant He was friendly knowledgeable and easy to work with I would definitely use American Financing again

First refinance

My experience with John Hazel was wonderful With each interaction from the initial conversation to the final paperwork he kept me informed and feeling at ease that I was in great hands that I could trust with one of my most expensive and near racking transactions When he handled the transactions it was seamless it was when others were involved things went sideways that John had to correct Nicole T Mariah E asking for documents I had already sent and were in my file which they could not be bothered to look at
