Awesome Experience

I was very leery about refinancing my home for the first time until i talk to the team at American Financing not only did they ease my mind but they basically held my hand all the way through When I had worries or doubts the team was there with phone calls or emails almost instantly So to Mesharia Nichole Elizabeth Danilo John and the rest of the team thank you for your hard work and determination Sincerely Jorge

I started looking around at a refinance

From the very beginning Craig was there to walk us through the process The entire experience was stress free from getting together the information needed to appraisal to closing Craig was willing to answer any questions that we had I would highly recommend American Financing The extra money saved through a lower rate will be such a help to our family

Andrew was excellent

I started looking around at a refinance and has so many questions Most places would not or did not answer my questions but instead were just pushing me to start the process Justin White however at American Financing took the time to understand my needs ask good questions and address my concerns all without making me feel pressured He was very professional and would refer my friends and neighbors without a second thought

Excellent Company

Andrew Paulson was excellent and we were more than happy with American Financing We were hesitant to do a cash out refinance as we assumed interest rates would be pretty bad Luckily we got a great quote and deal and the whole process was incredibly easy Compared to our original mortgage and past refinance this was by far the easiest and most transparent

Simply The Best Lender

American Financing was excellent to work with They made the process smooth and uncomplicated We worked with Craig Gardner and he was great explained everything in detail and kept us informed of the whole process The regularly sent us emails about our loan stages and what was next We recommended them to friends and they are now in the refinance stage as well

I simply can t praise this company enough They truly have a winning formula by keeping everything in house From start to finish soup to nuts it s a smooth-running machine I ESPECIALLY have to give special thanks to Lynette Surman She was extremely knowledgeable polite and a true advocate for us The online access to upload requested documents made it a breeze as well
