SUPPORT MADE MY ISSUE WORSE THEN GHOSTED ME
I ve been with amuse for 4 years now I pay for amuse pro I had an issue so I submitted a support ticket Initially they were helpful but there was miscommunication and a mistake was made on their end I reiterated exactly what I wanted in extremely precise detail in order to resolve the original issue and the new one that was caused by their support A different support agent replied to my email and said that my original support agent would reply to me soon 3 weeks have passed and there has been ZERO further contact My issue persists well over a MONTH after I submitted my ticket and is now WORSE than it was originally EDIT I ll give credit where credit is due Changing the review from 1 star to 3 They fixed the issue quickly after I brought it up again
