Better than Distrokid

Better than Distrokid customer service is usually very fast to respond I ve had a couple of issues with them but ultimately they are the best I ve experienced

Waiting time is the problem

In theory this distributor is quite good However I have tried to get a response for the revision of my material which has never arrived And my material will be released in 7 days

The software was easy to use

The software was easy to use and the support was excellent I m just a bit unsure of the connections to Spotify and Audiomack Please could you clarify what those connections do Thank you kindly Excellent software

A perfect choice

A few months ago I had to choose a new music distributor and I decided AMUSE It has been a perfect choice in all respects I hope to increase my listeners in the future heeding all the good advices Thank you

Not perfect but quick fixing and good customer support

Despite having some minor issues with the latest releases like the button of spotify not working in my smartlink for example the resolving of the issue was quick and the customer support works well despite me being just a free user Katia from custom relations did a good job

Free subscription customer support takes too long

Amuse is amazing I really love this company I ve started my solo music career with this company This company has a special place in my heart But the customer support for free subscription hurts me sometimes because of the delay Even though they try to get back as soon as they can but recently they took 16 days where they were supposed to take 5 days haha I really want to stay commited to Amuse for the rest of my life Gonna upgrade to Pro soon

Fine until you need customer support Then useless

My first album was uploaded with no problems My second album was marked as Not approved check your email I have checked my emails my spam folders and there is no email I then emailed customer support to find out what the problem was and they do not reply I tried raising a support ticket Again no reply I have tried contacting them via facebook and messenger and still no response Not sure what else I can do It took me hours to get all the tracks together and uploaded and I have no way of finding out why they won t approve it I m glad I never committed to be a paid user as the customer support seems non existent UPDATED As a free starter user it is a 10 day response time to enquires In fairness the have contacted me after 10 business days

Support was quick to fix an issue I had

Support was quick to fix an issue I had after subscribing to Boost They answered and resolved the problem quickly and were very courteous Reason for 4 vs 5 stars was the problem in the first place but the few times I have reached out to support they have always answered and been helpful
