The support team has been really great

I used Distrokid before - and they re still good - but Amuse customer service is a million times better this is so important It s also easy to use to distribute your music with the app Recommended

My issue has been resolved successfully

The support team has been really great its increidble ive moved from another distributor I had all my music into that didnt even had a support team and moving to Amuse that helps a lot with has been really a change looking foward to keep growing my artist profile with them

Amuse customer service is super good

I was quite skeptical when I uploaded the album to the platform The most incredible thing of all is that after a month it was already on SPOTIFY as they had informed me The customer service is fast efficient and excellent even for customers with the free plan something that surprised me I recommend AMUSE 100 Glad to have chosen them

They do what they say they will do

Amuse customer service is super good team I have a case where all music releases has mixed with other else artist Amuse helped really much on in this hard case We taked the releases down and change the distripution to Amuse Customer service taked contact to music platforms and ask them to fixing this broblem Everything is correct now and I m so thankful for this hard work what Amuse did for us

They do what they say they will do For ameture musicians and groups with very limited audiences it is possible to have a presence in streaming platforms for just a commission on royalties In the past we have paid hundreds of pounds in fees for a revenue of only a few pounds The amuse process suits us better
