Flexibility and quick lead time

They reply very quickly if you have a problem and they re very flexible about the solution I had a problem with one of the tracks of my release because I didn t find in the version choicelist the proper value therefore they extended the version list in just 4 hours counted from my first email

I am using it second year still service is clean and they respond when i contacted them but they are verry slow when you request OAC Official Artist Channels i requested 4 times until know but still not verified as Official Artist Channels but i love there service come on amuse fix that please thanks

Been using Amuse for years with no issues and think it offers great service with an excellent interface and competitive pricing Recently had a problem with verifying my phone number Whilst the response time was slow to be expected as a free user the problem was resolved within a couple of weeks Since then I ve upgraded to Boost and am really enjoying all the extra features
