Abysmal Customer Service
I really didn t want to make this review It s a shame because every other service you offer seems quite satisfactory in my opinion But if this is the only way to get through to you then so be it I made a ticket well over a week ago requesting a few changes to an upcoming release in March As a Pro user I thought I was guaranteed fast-lane support within 24 hours but we re well past that now and the ticket still hasn t got a response I wrote an email to your support email a few days ago about the matter still no response Another ticket over a week ago about YouTube Content ID no response I replied to a past support ticket over 24 hours ago regarding a different issue also no response I get that you re busy and I get that you re switching to a new customer support system But no response after over a week is extremely disappointing especially as a Pro subscriber
