This isnt the best site It is free and if you are trying to release a few songs its okey I sendt my song to them 3 weeks ago It says In review and aprox 5 days Im not allowed to set the release date myself and its very close And they still havent approved it use someone else is my advice

They can be a good publisher if you are lucky otherwise it can turn into a expensive nightmare I did pay 50 for my Amuse Pro account in the hope to upload my friends and mine songs However they did just only froze my account and didn t even approve any artist which I did upload So there wasn t even a second to use their service which I paid for Now I not only had to pay for literally nothing also I have to pay my lawyer to help me getting my money back from this scammy company Wouldn t recommend and I will update soon if something has changed Update I will get a refund within the next days It still was a lot of struggle and I m sure they wouldn t have issued a refund without me doing much for it Their website is still the best of all labels online but as I mentioned it is hard to evaluate if your releases are getting published or you will loose some money Overall you have to be lucky in my opinon

Was working OK until they suddenly decided I needed 2 factor authentication without any warning whatsoever Not good practice to introduce without telling people it is going to happen especially as phone number may not be up to date

They are scammers Took money for a subscription froze the account And they do not return the money on a subscription Even though I didn t even have time to download the music upd They returned my money back Thank you But unfortunately for some reason you considered my albums as fraudulent I already contacted your technical support and that was the answer

3 stars Nothing more nothing less Songs is published has promesses But make no mistake - Customer service is poor see very poor and not intented to help you to resolved your problem They answer you and you can see the ticket is already close before making sure you are oko with it- there is other cons like money transfert fee royalties payment terms etc

Olivia Justin by artist name Well Amuse has been a nice authentic music distribution company since I have joined them However the issue i am having with them presently now is withdrawal Whenever I clicked on withdrawal it won t load So I m calling on amuse management to take a prompt action on it amuse please exercise haste

Very professional company but it has been years since i have been using this and you still are not able to draft and save releases Even when there is a mistake you have to re upload everything from scratch to correct one mistake c mon guys you are better than this

Ive been on amuse for a few years their customer service has never been u to par however the past couple days have taken the cake i upgraded y member ship again and asked simple questions and couldnt get any real answer that to keep upgrading my membershipi belive they are intionally acting like this and have no intention on upgrading my songs to more storesupdate i was finally contacted back they said my music should be up 48 hours after the email but I didnt see it so at least somethings working thanks

service was excellent once I got it but the time it took to get a response meant I pulled all my songs from Amuse and moved them to another distributor because it seemed like I was not getting an answer Also the issue was relating to wanting to remove some distribution options spotify and YT and deezer from my releases as I no longer want to release to those channels The support website puts you in a loop when making this request as such I was left with the impression it was not going to be done

Dissatisfied in the long run Got 3 tracks uploaded but having a real battle to claim the relevant artist profiles because Amuse don t help you really See there are some stores that I should be offered as a Boost customer but there s no mention of them - specifically Tik-Tok One of the best things Trying to contact their customer service platform from inside the app - I still haven t found that link Maybe 3 stars is me being too generous
