This is a great service and app for Independent artists I have had a quite few problems with my releases and account and every time I just email and message the support team and they fix it every time Most times it takes a bit long for them to get back to you or and fix the problem Especially if you don t pay for the upgrades then your last on the important list non the less they still get back to you and don t ignore you it s honestly a small price to pay for a great free service that is so important for an artist who is not rich and makes little to no money from there music Those kinks I experience a lot is the reason why I don t give it 5 stars but I would highly recommend it to any artist I really love it and it honestly saved my life and I m such a happy user even with its problems and struggles everything gets resolved and the most important thing is happening My original music is out to all the major platforms and very accessible I m grateful for Amuse

I had some issues with snobby people on this in the past but recently I ve been dealing with improved customer service Diego was great Laura was great they were my most recent experiences with customer service It s cool to see Amuse continuing to improve

Customer service slow It takes 72hours if u re in boost plan like we gotta wait 3days until their reply that s okay I recommend to introduce chat support for paid plans Over roll cool platform

The release date assignment scheme by Amuse is a bit bad sometimes release is in a few days and the song is still in review on amuse website But cheers to Amuse support team they helped me and managed to get my release on track and I cannot be more happy Thanks Amuse

I am giving one star because I have been trying to get help for over a month now with some issues on my royalties All I get are the same automated responses So customer service is non existent Then the analytics are very basic and you can t see more details on your royalties I regret paying for my second year with them UPDATE Amuse has been reaching out to me and giving me the requested information They backed up what I suspected with some royalties that were missing Hope this better service continues I left one star off due to their analytics I wish they were more in depth to give the artists a better view of what is going on with our songs such as skip rates the streams that are receiving payout like CD Baby does and more info on other stores

I have been with Amuse since 2019 and I am very happy with their service They are responsive and efficient in handling my requests Whether it is to correct artist pages song names change primary artists etc they take care of them properly and quickly 9 times out of 10

No one is perfect butthis app works better for me than Tunecore Reverb Nation or CD Baby though CDBaby does solid work Although most of my streams come from contract killers and life destroyer hackers and anonymous i as InsulticA aka DJ Crack T Nelson aka dr Death Head Reggin Wolfenstein along with Icey Gizz and his Pal CHIBS all made their mark on time DJ nutty legs especially uh hee hehe ha heh heyha these characters were made with use the only guys who cut the BS OUT and just go hey man that idea IS too insane and I listen They re the best for christmas im asking for 60 bucks to cover my fee which conpared to tunecore who robbed me blind and still are IDC their sins only degrade their self esteem I d know Im just joking as Satan but i was a loser like that i was jenkem thats all i was Jenkem amuse is the best one if you re like me then don t sign that agreement from sacock either they still have to pay technically amuse pays i had 1 51 spent it all though Yep maybe i suck like winger hey rat tatataTAT I MAJE RACks Boitchan nanana didy hoo hoooooo

Solid distribution for simple releases I have used them for a few years now and am 90 happy with the process They recently changed the way they work with remixes though so I unfortunately have to leave There is no easy way to distribute a remix as the remixer without a convoluted process Other than this support has been great and you can t complain about keeping 100 of your royalties with a paid plan

Slight communication issues but overall they always get what I need done
