Ladies this is the holy grail of weight loss programs
Ladies do not miss out on this I don t think five stars is nearly enough I am only on the first phase of three and couldn t be happier felt more energetic or felt so good in my own skin Despite my very busy schedule I have used the knowledge Amy Lemon shared with me to really make positive changes to my mindset around exercise and nutrition I don t need to spend hours in the gym that I can t fit into my life doing all the wrong exercises or starving myself on fad diets that work for five minutes then put it all back on afterwards Following Amy s advice on nutrition and being dedicated to put as much time in as I can to follow the exercise program has clearly shown in my results 5kg down in 4 weeks is a massive achievement and I m proud of myself for staying dedicated but more thankful for finding the incredibly lovely Amy Lemon and her coaching to help guide me there and support me when I ve had a bad few days and needed the encouragement to keep on going And the major difference between this program and the countless others out there is not only does it actually work but you learn very quickly how to keep the weight off - for good This is such a unique approach that you have to try to believe it yourself - and the best investment in myself that I ve ever made I look forward to seeing the results after this phase So long as I do all I can to keep digging deep to follow the program I have total faith in Amy to help me reach my goals and beyond And I know you must be thinking that it s some kind of scam I ll admit that I didn t believe it either - but it really isn t Amy really has developed some kind of magic program that will definitely work if you are truly interested in putting in some dedication to yourself your body and mind and want to make positive life changing results I never write reviews about anything but I tell anyone that will listen all about it and I don t want to keep it a secret I think everyone should know and put their faith in Amy too

Life-changing experience
The 12-week programme with Amy has been absolutely life-changing for me I have tried dieting in the past but nothing compares to having someone as knowledgeable and motivational as Amy helping you stay on track I have lost over 10kg and I m now back to my weight pre-lockdown I was quite skeptical in the beginning because I didn t think it would be worth spending money on something I knew I could achieve on my own - however I decided to go ahead with the coaching programme because I wanted to feel like I was making a long-term investment in my health and well-being and this would make me think twice before any potential form of self-sabotage i e over-eating general laziness etc Put simply I just wanted to feel good again in my own skin and shed the fat accumulated during the pandemic It took me only a couple of days to adjust to my new daily calorie goal and I decided to combine it with intermittent fasting which I used to do before I never felt hungry and because I was only having two meals a day I found that I had more time for other activities during the day I also liked that Amy tailored my workouts taking into consideration my preferences - I didn t particularly like cable machine exercises but I enjoyed the free weights so she modified my workouts to reflect that Whenever it got tough with completing my weekly workouts a message from Amy to check in was enough for me to get out go to the gym and do it After finishing my 12 weeks I stopped tracking my calories but I was still eating intuitively - even though it was the Christmas period it was the first time ever that I didn t overeat or drink too much It s been over a month since I finished coaching with Amy and I didn t bounce back - I actually lost a couple more kilos which I never thought possible I feel that now I have all the tools I need to maintain my weight and even reach my goal weight only 5 more kg to go and I highly recommend Amy for anyone who s stuck and feels like they ve tried everything without much success

Life changing experience
Hey Well what can I say Money well spend Training with Amy has been one of the best experiences in my life I have struggled for years and looked for someone to help me with my weight lost journey There is many people out with their temporary fixes but they don t help Amy actually listened to me and came up with the solution what works best for me personally Amy s coaching is different then anything I have tried before I have a personalised nutrition plan work out plan and I can see that the goals I have set out to myself are actually coming true It s hard to believe to all the things people find online about weight loss but Amy s coaching is legit I do not regret of trying this out even for a second This coaching helps not just lose weight or gain mussels it helps with mental health helps with believing yourself and discovering that your body is capable of more things then you ever could of imagine I have used Amy s coaching for over a year now Even though the most of my weight loss was in first five months I have had my ups and downs but slowly and steadily I am going closer to my new set out goals Can not recommend enough of Amy s coaching program And can not wait to see what I am capable of because of it

Really happy with the results
I really enjoyed working with Amy I was skeptical about online coaching but after I started the program I prefer it over in person coaching With a busy work and life schedule I liked that I could reschedule and move workouts around when I m working late and can t make it to the gym that day I liked that Amy was available on the app When I had dinner plans at restaurants I would send her the menu and she would help pick the best options for me so I could stick to our plan She would encourage me to get the 10k steps in when I was feeling unmotivated to go She is very knowledgeable about what she does and answered all my questions about how each aspect of the plan and phases would help with weight loss I would have questions everyday about the science behind weight loss such as heavy weight low rep vs low weight high rep HIIT workouts or carbs before or after the gym and etc and Amy answered them all I really learned a lot about fitness and nutrition and how it impacts my body She is positive and gave a lot of encouragement throughout the program but was also realistic too She held me accountable which was something I needed to keep to the plan It was nice that she was available for calls to discuss the progress and provide motivation encouragement I also really loved the workouts she set out for me and that she would tailor them based on what equipment I had available The app was easy to use and I could track how heavy I was lifting I m 5 2 and started at 142lbs and have now lost 19lbs in 5 months I m so happy with my weight loss but it s also helped me mentally as well I would recommend her to anyone who has a very busy life and needs someone to hold them accountable I think she s a great trainer and I have recommended her to everyone that s asked me about my weight loss She s helped me form better habits that I will be able to take forward Thank you for everything you ve done for me Amy

Starting a new journey is not always easy
Starting a new journey is not always easy and I had a lot of questions regarding PT online My main goal was to strengthen and shape up without losing my curves When I first spoke to Amy she spoke to me as a friend and with the questions in mind they were answered with so much ease Amy set up a plan asking how often I can exercise and if I had any dietary requirements I decided to work with her for a month at first and when I started to notice results I continued for a further 5 months Not only did I notice an improvement in my strength but my clothes were sitting better on my body My moods were better and my confidence levels went up My weight has always fluctuated over the years but the difference of having a coach was I knew I wouldn t get lazy and someone was there checking in I was also paying for a service so I knew I had no time to waste Amy made the plan fun but was also very professional The timeline photos helped in such a way as visualising is so important to seeing your results which help to push one further During my time I learned about body mass how good KFC tastes after 2 weeks of eating clean lol new simple exercises levels of nutrients in food Amy is such a humble being and I can say that I have made a new friend I will be training again with Amy in the new year 2022 Thank you Amy - Sharan

One of the best investments I have made
Training with Amy has been one of the best investments in my life I was at my highest weight after the lockdown and coupled with PCOS any weight loss seemed impossible The turning point was when I was waking up with a backache every single morning and wolfing down a boba tea every time I had a bad day Which were increasingly a lot of days I decided to find a nutrition fitness expert and could relate to a lot of the testimonials on Amy s website It was important that I work with someone who understands the problems with PCOS has worked with women above the age of 30 and has a focus on sustainable changes I am 5 weeks in and I can t thank Amy enough I have a much better understanding of what to eat in a day how to balance out slip ups throughout the week and her exercise plans are never boring and always make me feel powerful and happy once I finish them My energy levels are so much higher than before my skin has cleared up and I hardly need to wear makeup and I can finally see my jawline again It is hard work for sure but I ve never had a single day where I felt hungry having eaten my planned food for the day Amy has a major focus on accountability which personally makes me rethink cheating on my diet She also helps to map out your meal if you have a plan to eat out I have a bad knee and she has been very helpful in trying to find which exercises can help me build muscles around my knee without causing pain I am keen to see where this training journey with Amy takes me and so far I m feeling very positive

Absolutely incredible
I m so happy that I found Amy I d been struggling with my weight for years and it really fed into my depression I m the lightest I ve been in years and I couldn t have done it without her She s so supportive and knowledgable - no regrets

Life changing
So I m one month into training with Amy and the whole experience has been life changing I ve learnt so much about nutrition established new eating and exercise habits and have lost almost a stone already I am so happy to have made this investment into my health and I won t be looking back These changes have been so eye opening to me that I can say with certainty that they will become new life-long habits I have all the confidence in my self that once I reach my goal weight I ll be able to stick to it now Amy s approach really worked for me as I needed someone to hold me accountable and I needed her expert advice and encouragement as I was so overwhelmed from all the info out there and I had tried many things in the past but nothing I could stick to Amy is on the other side of the phone 7 days a week so I feel really supported and like she s on this journey with me Her workouts are also so varied and fun If you re looking for a personal trainer I d definitely 100 percent encourage you to start now your health doesn t wait It s hard work but I m guessing if you re reading this review you re already ready to put in the work and make the change The hardest part is finding the motivation in yourself to make changes - Amy will guide you through the rest If you start training with Amy you won t regret it

fantastic experience working with Amy
I ve been working with Amy for the last 5 months and it has been fantastic When I came across her on Instagram I thought hers looked like a great programme but you re never sure if it seems too good to be true But it is true In fact the programme has been exactly what I needed I wanted to make changes in my life and to my body Personal training always sounded very intimidating to me but Amy is the opposite She s friendly supportive and enormously helpful I really liked the way we can communicate through the app and she keeps track of how I m doing even if we don t speak everyday I ve always been scared of the gym but with amy I ve made great changes simply with home workouts It also means I m always able to manage what I am capable of I had been changing my diet and exercising and slowly losing weight for a while but I d got to the point where I didn t feel in control anymore and didn t feel like I knew what to do to respond to changes in my body Amy has so much knowledge and was able to answer all my questions about what to prioritise how to manage eating out what s important when working out how to bounce back from a bad day or week She s never judgemental and has always made me feel better when I ve made some bad choices and got me back on track again It s great to have someone you re accountable to but she never makes you feel ashamed about anything I have found that Amy has given me lots of support and information but not so much that it is overwhelming I am so pleased with the progress I have made with Amy I actually like looking in the mirror now and I am enjoying working out and getting stronger I never thought I d actually be able to see some abs on myself but I can Working with Amy has been fully worth it and now I feel I have a lot of information that I can take forward after our time together comes to an end

Definitely recommend
I did the 12 week program with Amy and even though I was bed-bound for 1 month because of a knee injury I managed to lose 10kg thanks to her She tailored both the diet and the exercises to my needs Not only that but I learned more about nutrition workouts and health in general Amy was always there to answer all of my questions and to motivate me Before starting the program with her I would binge eat fast-food and crave it all the time I did not think it would be possible to get away from that I tried going to the gym by myself but I did not see any results as my workouts were not properly planned Before and even at the beginning of the 12-week program I was really sceptical But then I started seeing results pretty fast and I got motivated to continue I finished the program right before the Christmas holidays where you can t say no to those delicious home-cooked meals I ate a lot for 3 weeks during the holidays and I was expecting to gain at least 3-4kg To my surprise I barely gained 1kg which means my metabolism changed My fitness journey continues with the knowledge I gained from Amy So thank you Amy
