Awful side effect of headaches and feeling sick This lasted for 5 days after taking less than a teaspoon on two separate days Can t find any information regarding side effects on the website

I have stopped taking after 3 days as my face is red sore and itchy I have now learned that Collagen can cause Hives This is not listed as a side effect by Ancient Brave and now after reading other similar reviews on the product they should have a duty of care to list this

I am feeling conned Why would they write tasteless or completely dissolves in their product description if it s so obviously not true The product did not dissolve and my favourite drink turned into a disgusting nighmare Although it was expected taking into consideration the smell after opening the packet which was also very not neutral The Exp date - year 2026 so no problems with that Not a good product The packaging and the impression of the product before using it was nice though Improve the product

my mum and I both ordered 4 jars of collagen both of us only received 2 tried contacting via email - no reply Called the first time and they told me that they will ship the missing jars right away nothing happened so called for the second time they told me yet again that they will ship the missing jars and I will be notified about shipping via email Nothing happened again Tried contacting them on Instagram where they post several posts throughout the day - no response Now I have no other choice than to report a problem on Paypal in order to at least get my money back Be careful - it s a scam

I don t recommend I bought true collagen from them and after a few days of taking it noticed a significant swelling to face I contacted Ancient Brave via email to seek advice and never got a response Thankfully the swelling went down on its own about a week after I stopped taking the collagen P S the collagen does have a taste

A similar problem to Julie C 10 th December I bought a product from them in November and was sent another identical 4 days ago and found I was signed up to a monthly subscription I sent an e-mail saying I didn t want the item and could I send it back and get a refund but have had no reply from their customer service Will raise the matter with PayPal if I don t hear soon

Very bad experience with this company Placed a one off order with them and now seem to be getting charged for a subscription I never signed up for After supplying info in response to their Customer Service email they just didn t bother getting back to me Have raised a Paypal dispute but it s certainly put me off ordering from them again

I was attracted to this product because to Davinas recommendation and the odourless tasteless claim I have had no red meat in my diet for 40 years and am struggling with joint and muscle pain I brought the chocolate and collagen powder Mixed with Oat milk for my first try I can honestly say I thought it revolting It has a redness to the drink which is very unattractive and the taste of the bovine is very strong I m sorry to say I have cancelled my subscription

Very poor customer service I placed an order on the 4th January 25 on the 14th January there was no sign of my order I tried phoning and emailing with no response except for the automated email I finally spoke to someone who advised that the order had not been dispatched but when I requested to cancel the order I was told it was not possible and the best that could be done is that I would be sent a return label The parcel arrived and was returned on 17th January and I am still awaiting a refund I have phoned and emailed again without any response

Very poor customer service I have had a subscription from this company for over a year Firstly I have not noticed any improvement regarding skin hair nails and joints I have recently been recommended another cheaper product from a different source where they noticed an improvement within a few weeks it has got a flavour but if it works then worth putting up with it I also recommended A B to 2 friends who wanted to try it we were supposed to each receive 10 discount I did not receive my discount for either of them I tried to call A B but this failed so I emailed and did not get a reply My over all view is that it s a very well branded and marketed company lovely packaging with a little booklet giving recipes for their products every month which of course adds to the overall cost which leads you to a high expectation and trust but I am not convinced the product is to the high standard it portrays Devina McColl promoted it I wonder if she received payment amidst other recommendations and of late her recommendations have been under scrutiny
