Wild collagen It says the product has a neutral odour and taste but it smells like rotten fish and has an unpleasant taste I couldn t take it waste of money The matcha mix is a great product but not this one

I ordered True Collagen after seeing lots of positive reviews online and having suffered various menopause symptoms thought it was worth a try On day 6 of taking the powder in a hot drink each day I found that my face came out in a very sore dermatitis type rash At first I thought it may be weather related but 2 days later and lots of moisturiser it was worsening I went to my local pharmacy who quizzed me about changes to routine etc and then advised to stop the collagen immediately and take antihistamines along with some heavy emollient cream to help the dry red sore skin I contacted Ancient and Brave who advised all their products are natural and I should speak to my GP about a potential underlying health condition Whilst I have sensitive skin at times I ve never had a reaction like this to a product so I won t be wasting my GPs time but 4 days after ceasing the powder and doing as the pharmacy advised there is an improvement It s not 100 as yet but a few more days of treatment will hopefully sort the issue Beware that for some people this product may have the adverse effect I ve posted this review because I see another user has had very similar reaction and I also think that A B could have been more helpful possibly offering a refund or offering to test the product

This a terrible company who use false advertising to dupe innocent people into buying their products The advertising on the website is completely false I purchased a jar of the True Collagen which claims to be odorless and tasteless When I recieved the product I excitedly mixed it into a cold drink The first thing that hit me was the horrendous smell I then noticed that it wouldn t mix and dissolve instead white streaky slimy bits formed in my drink I then drank said drink and the taste was utterly unbearable The horrible taste then lingered in my mouth all day I tried brushing my teeth scrubbing my tongue chewing mints eating drinking something that has a strong taste but the awful taste lingered for the rest of the day I tried again the next day because I d paid for the product and didn t want it to be a waste of money and so I downed it quickly but it was just as horrendous as the first time I went back to the website to check I d not made a mistake and sure enough the product information says odorless and tasteless I then see there s a 30 day guarantee so I contacted the company to explain I was told by Issi that we re all unique and so it s not their fault I think it smells and tastes disgusting As a gesture of good will they re going to send me some more of the stuff So I ll have two lots of a falsely advertised product but be out of pocket for the experience So my advice would be avoid as their claims about the product and the 30 day guarantee are all lies Just to add I made sure I contacted them first before I made this review as I wanted them to have the chance to honour their 30 day guarantee but as they won t I feel I have to warn others by providing an honest review

Extremely disappointing customer service experience This company offer a 30 day return for products I emailed them and informed them that after taking the true nightcap I suffered lack of sleep and nightmares commonplace with the type of magnesium used in these products Apparently not something they ve heard of- which is disturbing in itself A quick google would remedy that promptly Process of elimination literally nothing else had changed other than taking this product I tested this for a week every night the same I stopped taking the product I ve returned to normal After emailing customers services I was informed basically that I am the problem It is always really important to consider all aspects of your life diet hormones supplements and any medications as sleep can be impacted by so many different things - it is rarely due to one small change So I basically don t know my own body or my own body s reaction to a product So instead they blame my hormones diet supplements and medications Honestly so insulting and demeaning No offer of a refund and certainly no interest in restoring faith in a new customer No refund offered - clearly your 30 day money back guarantee isn t valid if they assume your poor diet or hormones are at fault I will not be purchasing any further products from this company

Absolutely vile stuff I binned the last jar as it tasted and smelt so disgusting I persevered for 4mths with this product but saw no results and could stomach it no longer I also tried to change my subscription at 1 point and the company saw this as a chance to increase the amount I paid - very poor

I bought the coffee and it basically tastes like water I tried making it stronger and then also without milk no difference I won t be buying the coffee again or recommending it I have also bought the hot chocolate but yet to try

I researched thoroughly before choosing this brand of collagen I tried my first portion and the nasty side affects were immediate - terrible wind within seconds of finishing the drink I felt bloated and could not stop burping every few minutes This continued for 36 hours then the bloating finally stopped but the burping has continued every 5 10 mins I took no further collagen so stopped after the first try I tried everything to repair my gut health naturally and after 8 weeks finally went to the doctor He agreed that the collagen has triggered these symptoms and put me on medication If it doesn t help I ll need to have an endoscopy For the first time in my life I m 50 I ve also been getting eczema patches on my face for a few months I ve since read that gut health is linked to developing eczema so I m pretty sure it s been triggered since trying collagen I really regret taking this collagen and can t believe I ve been so unlucky to get such a severe reaction from one portion I left a review on A B website but it appears they have taken it down very sneaky

Changed their marketing claims to create an opportunity for a new product Anyone else noticed that since launching their joint supplement noble the claims for true collagen have been amended to mirror wild collagen they used to differentiate this product for joint and connective tissue support suddenly it s identical to the marine collagen formula Subscription cancelled immediately what a con Just trying to force people to upsell to a Second product Whilst we know there is very little research into the impact of collagen supplements at least stick to your story Transparency is key Oh and the true collagen is absolutely not tasteless or odourless you ll be fine if you like the taste and smell of cow in your coffee

Unfortunately I d been experiencing breakouts of hives since drinking this drink and couldn t work out what it was until I eliminated everything apart from bread water and added things back in over a couple of weeks The cacao collagen seems to be the culprit the more I added to my drink the worse my body became covered in stinging nettle style rash or hives and I felt a slight struggle to breathe properly I m hoping the product can be looked into before something terrible happens I can see positive reviews on their website for the product but not here which isn t giving me much confidence in the brand

Started this product in February and have been using it for 2 weeks and now I ve broken out in hives It s horrendous I sent an email to Ancient and Brave and also got an unsympathetic reply stating it wouldn t be there product I immediately stopped taking it waited a week and then tried again and one again it s returned and I m in a terrible state and under my GP This needs to be sorted out as there are a few of us now A very dissatisfied customer
