Using their True Collagen after only a month I noticed a marked improvement in my tweaky groin tendon and acute achilles tendon pain So impressed that I started a monthly subscription I generally avoid subscriptions at all costs as they re notoriously difficult to cancel but having initially messed up the order I found it really easy to amend on their website EDIT I spoke too soon amending the subscription on the website appears to have generated an additional order so I now have both the incorrect and the correct subscribed items winging their way to me via Royal Mail and charged for both Grrr subscriptions are my nemesis EDIT Have knocked off another star as yet again I have fallen foul of their dodgy subscription service Having had my subscription cancelled when my credit card was reissued due to fraudulent activity I went in to enter my new card details and reactivate it and it has AGAIN generated two duplicate orders There appears to be no way to cancel my subscription on the website either It shouldn t be this difficult

Ordered the collagen cacao I can t take it in the morning as it knocks me out Very odd So will try as an evening drink - also confused as to how much collagen it gives me in one scoop Is it enough or should I have more

TRUE COLLAGEN doesn t taste of anything which is great Packaging is beautiful I ve only had it 2 weeks so to soon to say if I see a difference I have been using use another brand for 2 months Thought I d have a change One thing I dislike is it doesn t seem to mix properly with hot or cold I always end up with a jelly lump in the bottom of my glass cup I do prefer capsules

I was very excited to try true collagen as the reviews are fantastic I have not noticed any difference in my skin yet as I ve only been taking it for 3 weeks When I received the product I read the instructions and watched the videos where it advised to take 1 to 2 scoops 5-10g as there is 200g the powder should last 40 days if using 1 scoop Well I ve been taking it for 20 days and I have 1 scoop left I have a subscription but this seems pretty pointless as I can t take it for the next ten days until I get another delivery I m left feeling pretty disappointed

Delivery takes too long They need to get the items out of their warehouse quicker and maybe consider changing their courier - Royal Mail 6 days is too long especially when you are paying for delivery Most companies are 2-3 days or 1-2 if you re paying

So far so ok website clear to navigate Good product info and useful FAQs Started the subscription and got free scoop Packaged well and arrived well Only started trying it yesterday My main comment would be that it s definitely not odourless or tasteless which was a big selling point for me - I can taste it in everything I try to hide it in which has resulted in me wasting a fair bit as I m pouring drinks out wasting yogurt etc I ve managed probably 1 5-1 6 of the scoop in a hot drink but had to down it once cooled as could taste it No idea how I ll ever manage the recommended x1 scoop or 5-10g a day with this issue which makes me wonder about carrying on as website says that s what s needed for good results Shall keep experimenting but not sure it s going to be for me which is a shame as the company ethics etc seem brill

Not really a review as such but feel it s the only way a can contact them as email address doesn t seem to be an actual working email as my emails constantly keep bouncing back I ordered MCT oil and have persevered for a few weeks but everytime I take it my stomach becomes uncomfortable and bloats loads So stopped taking it 2 days ago and all back to normal I would like to return this under the 30 day money back guarantee but no way of arranging this as can t contact them So please Ancient Brave if you do see this can you please respond with how I am to do this thank you x
