Terrible service and did not dispatch on time

Purchased dresses for ultra fast delivery Multiple follow ups and still not dispatched by the date mentioned Now I am at risk of not having my dresses to wear to my cousin s wedding all because Andaaz Fashion doesn t know how to do business They state 2-3 days delivery from dispatch date but even multiple follow ups and commitment from their end that it will ship by 19th June it hasn t shipped yet

Not recommended and not reliable

I placed my order on the 27th of October and I fly out 22nd of November The first order came with a lot of issues with the fitting and I m having to pay extra now for alterations 2 outfits are still waiting to dispatch I m literally 10 days away from traveling and the outfits have not been dispatched yet Never ordering from them again and I don t recommend you to order either It s very unreliable

FRAUD ALERT DO NOT SHOP HERE

This company is fraudulent and has fake reviews My outfit arrived later than the expected delivery date it looked very different than the picture on the website it smelled very bad and it did not fit at all They told me to have it dry cleaned and altered by a tailor They said they won t accept returns despite their website saying they do accept returns

Do not purchase and be careful about returning

I ordered an item for my sister s roka and when it arrived it looked like a man s outfit instead Despite providing height details and everything they advised to get this tailored When asking for a full refund as it was returned in it s orginal condition they have the audacity to take a off the return This is not a UK based company at all and I certainly do not recommend them Be careful before you buy anything as there are too many clauses upon returning

Sent wrong item - refused to do anything

Sent wrong item initially very responsive and identified this However became unresponsive teams always left for the day Refused to send correct item 15 days after they acknowledged the error Expect me to pay postage to return the item then sent incorrectly I have processed a charge back from my credit card as refused to send items ordered or issue a refund

I had the worst experience shopping

I had the worst experience shopping from them The outfit I received is a cheap second-hand copy of a designer dress while the price is even higher than what the designer is selling her article at and it doesn t fit me either They have a really strange returns refund process too The outfit came from India but they want me to send it back to a US address On top of this they want the customer to bear the cost of returning customs duties and shipping As if this joke wasnt enough they also deduct 10 as some kinda processing fee Worst worst place to shop from

Wasted my hard earned money

Awful - 4 days to return an item - I wasn t even home for the first four days as no notification it was coming Spent alot of money and would have purchased other items but so very disappointed and want to make sure others know their 4 day policy

Very poor service

Very poor service I ordered a garment Paid extra for next daly delivery The item arrived 4 days later and after the event I ordered it for The quality of the garment wasn t great either Problems only for bigger after that When requesting a return I was told I can have a 10 refund which went up in small increments for 2 weeks Eventually they divulged the return process and address It s now been two months and I have sent the garment back with no refund despite chasing It s apparently with the finance department avoid this retailer at all costs

Very bad experience

Very bad experience It was quite expensive but the money was wasted as it could not be worn They must have run out of fabric because without telling me they substituted the vest of a advacardo green outfit with a yellow vest They looked shocking together and it was a long way from the look that they advertised It cost me 700 to have a new costume made locally at the last minute Altogether about 1000 outlay They should have informed me immediately if they could not meet the order instead of grabbing any material and making up a different order
