Payment was done through PayPal payed to SV and went through but did not show up on my account page on Andaaz it showed up as cancelled This was frustrating because I had to keep bothering customer service for updates on my order I was told that I would receive my order on time and checked in often to see the progress on my order always helped by the exact same person no matter what time I asked This was very awkward and I felt like a total inconvenience because of this and felt bad for bothering them I had paid extra for quicker shipping but they didn t ship it in time and I requested for the difference to be refunded which they complied this I had to specifically point out However when I checked a few days before my order was to arrive I was told that my order was not going to be delivered on time There was no email or notification given to me and I would not have even been told if I didn t ask I asked for a return and was given it promptly even though they wanted to just give free shipping The customer service was great and they were very polite The prices are good and they cater to plus sizes which is rare to find The suit I had ordered was not their own design it seems as they were copying the embroidery from another designer the updates were always referring to a embroidery process and I found the original design from another designer and on their site for much more Overall I was disappointed that I would not receive the suit It seems like they could do with some better time management and more transparent communication with the customers If there is a store closer to you I would recommend going there instead as this was a waste of time and now I have to look elsewhere for a upcoming event

Sent very precise and detailed measurements for custom made order I received the suit and it wasnt right size They didn t leave enough material in trousers to loosen I asked for it to be altered and sent it back I had to pay my own postage I put black stitching in the exact areas I required alteration to the size I required I have no idea why they got it so wrong again The dress wasn t altered as I asked but there was enough material for me to take to a tailor here again I had to pay for that The trousers came back like a salwar I sent them back with precise marking of my measurement I had to pay postage again They arrived last week and are still not correct size They made so tight I cannot pull them up they left no material to alter This has been going on for 3 months I couldn t wear the outfit to the party I ordered it for and have wasted my money I have been trying to get a refund for the trousers but no one will answer my calls or messages Very dissappointed I won t order from this company again I have given 2 stars as customer service was good to start but should have continued

I placed an order with Andaaz on the 9th of August for a wedding on the 29th I thought I d have more than enough time to get the product but a week before I still had received no update on dispatch I called them up and a nice man on the other end assured me that my product will reach me by the 27th Unfortunately still no delivery nor a dispatch notification Due to this I called up again and was told that there was an error with the dress and it had to be remade I completely understand the issue and I respect Andaaz for fixing their mistakes but I was not informed of this at all throughout the process As a result I had to cancel the order and now have one day to find a wedding dress The lack of communication throughout the process is one that I find quite intolerable

Bad experience Even though I repeatedly conveyed to the customer service team that I am ordering for a special event thus want the same colour combination as in the picture specified was confirmed by the team as well however received beige instead of baby pink stitching was really good but embroidery was not up to the mark It was cheap machine embroidery instead of hand And customer service is good only until you do not complain after giving a genuine feedback never heard back will not recommend if you are looking for something elegant

Hi I received my order by date stated and was made well to fit made to measure good seamstresses However the item was not silk as advertised Receiving a refund has still not happened I have also been told when I do receive it it will be minus shipping costs plus I am out of pocket the return postage costs For falsely advertising an item Here s hoping my refund comes soon it would be a shame if I had to contact trading standards

The company s refund policy is entirely untransparent I ordered two outfits to compare how they looked in person - note that these were NOT made to measure custom fit I just selected my size on the website When they arrived I chose my favourite one and asked to start the return process when I was told that this would not be possible Many frustrating useless conversations with customer service led to me receiving the same answer copied and pasted with logic that did not apply to my situation Despite repeatedly reminding them that I had not got my outfit made to measure I was told that this was why I could not return it Repeatedly offered a discount code which I will never be using Stay away unless you are SURE of your size and of the style

I liked the dresses so I ordered one for the first time The customer service was great in the beginning but due to some reasons I got incorrect information about the dispatch I had to call everyday to get track of when it s getting dispatch Finally they dispatched it after I got very frustrated In the end I was told there was a technical fault in the manufacturing unit In the end I got the dress - it looks ok not very great the fit is not perfect but I can do with it The dupatta is what I love and perfect

Althought the service was helpful the garment fell below expectations the shape was not great and garment was not as suggested suitable unless altered The most disappointing thing is that the colour of the item in now way represented the colour in the photo

The saree and blouse were beautiful and fit well I was happy with the fit on me Received compliments on it It was for the most part a positive experience The initial order to the assistance I got while placing it and even after was great Only that there were a few hiccups that caused some frustration The delays mostly in receiving the items If not for them it would have made this entire process a great experience as a whole Thank u all for everything Appreciate it I would consider giving it another go
