Should have checked them out before I ordered now I am probably out 125 Ordered three blouses When they arrived they were pretty but SO much smaller than the website s size chart stated it was ridiculous All three shirts were ordered in a size that said it had a 42 bust but I could barely squeeze them over my 37 bust Got on their site to start a return to discover that they ONLY issue store credits no refunds and the shirts I ordered are no longer available in larger sizes that I would have to guess at anyway since their size chart is bullsh t I sent them an email about this they said they would get back to me within 48 hours but from the other reviews I ve read here I doubt that and am concerned that they won t even come through with the store credit Total scam Stay away from them

Ordered 2 blouses 1 medium 1 large - neither fit Even if they had fit I would have returned them Very cheaply made I cannot imagine they would make it through a wash Of course no money back - only store credit Boy was I stupid quality is terrible don t buy here

I did not want to even give 1 star but to write a review I had too Long story short I have been getting threatening emails from them I am filing fraud charges I purchased a shirt didn t even match what I bought more like a cut off shirt purchased for 79 yet still charging my card monthly sometimes twice in 1 week They have received over 100 from me wont fix it I have to go to bank they threatened fraud from me and called me a thief LOL

I ordered online from this company via a Facebook ad Wow not what I expected to encounter in terms of lack of customer service They sent me a product that is 4 inches smaller than what they themselves published on their site Then expected me to fill out an archaic paper return form and pay for shipping myself-- when they gave me faulty merchandise to begin with No refund of money just a gift card to come back to them and maybe go through the same experience again and again and pay my own shipping Not a company I can ever recommend Oh and if you confront them on Facebook they just block you and delete you from expressing your opinion and experiences with them So sad for those who will be taken by this company Update-- this company has changed their business name to Life is Chic and also their Facebook page etc

No customer service

I want to make a purchase but have questions before ordering I left a message on their website with their promise to get back to me within 24-48 hours but did not I called and left a message I asked for assistance on their Facebook page I own 2 businesses and am the founder of a nonprofit organization and I must say this is the worst example of customer service before the sale No response gives me no confidence and after reading the other reviews about Angel Heart on Trustpilot all of my apprehension has been confirmed Too bad I liked the fashions shown What a shame

You are stuck with what you buy No Customer Service

I had not read the return policy prior but still returned the items figuring credit would be better than the items I bought which were too small size chart is incorrect I had tried calling their number which instructed me to email them No reply I paid to mail back items only to have them remail the items in the same package back to me No explanation nothing This company has no customer service which is a shame because I think the clothes are decent quality I m out all the Christmas money gifted to me 250 Stay far away from this company with the cute little family from Edmund Oklahoma

Buyer Beware - You are stuck with whatever you buy

Like other reviewers I was excited to see so many great options in larger sizes however the inability to return or even exchange something for a different size is RIDICULOUS in an e-commerce world I have left voicemails and sent emails 48 hours reply NOT and they are to no avail There is ZERO customer service and I strongly advise buying with extreme caution If you ever waiver between sizes don t do it If you buy two of the same thing to decide on a size you won t get to return the one that doesn t work for anything but a store credit And that s if anyone ever replies to you Good luck with that Off to report them to the Better Business Bureau

First off I would never go through a facebook ad to purchase clothing or for that matter any other item WITHOUT checking the validity of the online store The clothing line for this online store are extremely well made Size wise everything I have purchased fits great Take the company s advice If they say to size up do it If they say to size down do it If they say the color is off and item is a specific color different from what your monitor shows believe them The shipping was prompt YES I will order from them again Thank you Angel Heart Boutique So happy to have found beautiful quality embroidered clothing Just what I was looking for
