I tried to place an order with woman
I tried to place an order with woman within and our discover card was declined They wanted another card Very instant on wanting another card number this made me very uncomfortable We had just used our discover card so we called discover and they hadn t even seen anything try to come through from woman within This used to be an ok company now all I have to say is RUN RUN fast Terrible customer service could not understand what the woman was trying to say I will never use this company again Stay away unless you like having a headache

Poor Business Practices
Poor customer service I have never been able to reach anyone by phone nor have I received a response to my emails A complaint is I pay full price for an item expecting a new product only to get a used or previously returned item When I pay full price for a new piece of clothing I should get a new piece of clothing Then to return it I have to pay high shipping charges because of their poor quality control Woman With fails to take responsibility for their errors and perform scrupulous business practices

I agree Woman Within s customer service is possibly the worst of internet businesses-and I shop almost exclusively online They give away junk so you think you re getting something for free but then they charge exorbitant shipping and return charges If you use their prepaid return labels it can take weeks for your order to be processed which might cause you to miss the return deadline Macy s has much better clothes great sales prices and superior customer service Time to make a switch

They charge and arm and a leg for shipping and an 11 restocking fee I initiated a return that doesn t even show up in my account Sorting this out has required numerous calls and chats w customer service I will never order from them again the absolute worst

Erroneously information
I wish I researched before placing an order I am going to add to the long list of awful reviews I attempted to order online their web site function is extremely bad The order did not go through I checked two days later and there were no orders on my account I called and they verified that no order was taken and processed it over the phone They proceeded to take the money from my account twice and when I called I was told I placed two orders They were not interested in helping I was lied to by two different customer service reps and the supervisor was as rude and ignorant as her staff STAY AWAY

Horrible experience with Woman Within
Horrible experience Ordered 2 blouses that were cheap fabric Refused the 2nd pkg knowing it wouldn t fit Three weeks have passed and still no refund said they never received it The first pkg had no invoice so I waited till they sent it Was told I must return it to FedEx So for a 27 blouse my return fee was 19 Then for the stinking 8 credit they wanted to issue a gift card So glad I kept ALL my paperwork from this sleazy company I talked to 7 different people and got 7 different answers Reported them to the BBB today and also filed a Merchant Dispute with my bank You re better off throwing the junk out than trying to make a return

You can not find anyone to talk to let alone help
I bought pants for our daughter in June opened an account they didn t fit so I returned them When the bill came I saw the charge and called to say the items had been returned - actually about two weeks before the bill closed I called - was told I d have to pay a re-stocking fee of 10 99 Not happy about that but I would pay it I told the person to whom I spoke to close the account There doesn t seem to be any record of that call Every time six at this point I call to ask about why I m still being charged - and late charges accumulate - I get the recording that my account is closed with zero balance I finally reached someone today - and the automatic response is from the previous account at which point it cuts me off I ve spent enough time trying to straighten this out - and the frustration This company is impossible to deal with try as I may
