Life Insurance STRESS

My Uncle had a life insurance policy with On Post he passed In September It s now January 4 months later and I am still trying to get them to release the claim It has been nothing but stress since the beginning firstly they told me to email all documents but gave me the wrong email address luckily for me they sent it through email so I could prove it After I got the correct email address they told me they didn t get the right documents Now I m not getting any response I have had to apologise several times to the funeral home directors We aren t able to give him a burial because they won t release his ashes without payment This is not good enough It s an absolute disgrace that someone who is grieving should have to go through this

When trying to give you new business i spoke to at least 12 different people An outstanding unsettled windscreen claim with my old insurer caused problems I was told by one of your staff that it was not a barrier to my no claims bonus I sent you evidence that the oustanding claim was settled and waited for your new quote despite the fact that I had paid you already As I did not have your new quote I went ahead and re-insured with my old company before 15ty Dec I now find that you went ahead with cover on the 16th

Pet Insurance

Pet insurance policy is worded in such a way that they will not pay anything out if something happens to your pet You are better off saving the monthly premium and if something happens to your pet at least you will be able to pay for it This product is a waste of money

Trying to get in touch via any means to sort out a problem with cover continuation impossible Called dozens of times phone doesn t even ring Just apologises for not being able to connect your call Email Still waiting

Auto renewal

I didn t want to renew with An Post as they were too high but I was expected to let them know 10days in advance I hadn t even looked at my insurance that far in advance When I looked to cancel the renewal before the renewal date there was a 25 cancellation fee Will certainly not renew with them in future

I m 43 never had a claim or points Lol they where looking for 3k for a c30 Volvo 08Cars worth less than that scammers keep the elderly away from these people should have there license to insure taken off them Insane

Extremely unprofessional Had my details wrong their own errors but handled it like it was my problem and would probably be quoted a higher payment Then hung up on me after spending so long going through it all for a renewal

Over the years when house and car were insured by we go free holiday insurance that has stopped and we still pay a higher premium every year and get less I am disgusted with you

When i lost my husband

When i lost my husband My son was the executor of the will and the home insurance and car insurance was in my husbands name Even though my son had sent in a copy of my husbands death cert and a solicitors letter stating he was the executor he was still told only could speak with the policy holder This was a tough time for all my family and wasnt made any easier when even a basic An post policy question surrounding a death of the policy holder wouldnt not be answered unless they could speak to the policy holder 3 different staff members gave the same reply

My insurance went up 300 from last year despite no claims and no change in details I did not receive a call just automatic renewal - I will be cancelling my policy
