Good to deal with

I was looking for a quote for my first car insurance in IE and after many push backs I bought an imported car i found Chill and the process was smooth and super fast I was dealing with Robert Sunderland on the Chill side and he was able to find me a quote way below what I was getting from other providers Super Recommended

I went online to get a quote yesterday the 23rd of Sep 2024 I needed to check one thing with a sales person and I m glad I did Jason was the representative I spoke with and he couldn t have been more helpful He was very professional very informative and extremely helpful He did a 5 star job and I would consider getting my other insurance need from Chill because of this

I must say I received fantastic help

I must say I received fantastic help from Hannah She was a pleasure to deal with Having been my broker for 5 years and happy with chill I was disappointed this year in that I am constantly being put on hold and passed onto another agent and needing car insurance pronto as bought second car and on hold all day I had to go with another broker Iwas then told that I had no noclaims bonus documentation which is unusual given that I am with chill 5 years The pleasant Hannah immediately came to my rescue and provided documentation easilt Thanks so so much Hannah for saving the day You were a great help and a pleasure to deal with and have renewed my faith in Chill Chill could do with employing a few more Hannahs
