I must say I received fantastic help from Hannah She was a pleasure to deal with Having been my broker for 5 years and happy with chill I was disappointed this year in that I am constantly being put on hold and passed onto another agent and needing car insurance pronto as bought second car and on hold all day I had to go with another broker Iwas then told that I had no noclaims bonus documentation which is unusual given that I am with chill 5 years The pleasant Hannah immediately came to my rescue and provided documentation easilt Thanks so so much Hannah for saving the day You were a great help and a pleasure to deal with and have renewed my faith in Chill Chill could do with employing a few more Hannahs
