Asked for discount on my car insurance got 20 euros I feel I I should be a valued customer put don t look like it I also think I was overcharged for house insurance got a quote for 215 99 by going on line this morning I was charged 272 or around that considering mu policies with you

Hi just tried to get a quote and reply was to contact a post by phone Why bother trying to get an on line quote

I got a motor insurance renewal notice from an Post which i deemed to be excessive 1 I then went online and received a quote which was 103 euro cheaper than the renewal quote This turned out to be a new business quote when informed by E mail that my cover was being reviewed I spoke to a sales consultant who would look into the matter I renewed my policy through an post with FBD My point herein is that An Post appears to favour new Business customers as against existing loyal customers I d welcome your comments on the foregoing

I wanted to pay by DD the full annual premium but was told I cannot I must pay a premium to pay monthly by direct debit which is quite frustrating I was told annual payment of the full amount needs to be organized manually

Their website seemed good until I paid My session had timed out with their website instructing to call their sales team with a reference number I had to call them 3 times to still not have the payment applied to my quote They kept insisting on needing a document from Liberty Insurance that Anpost themselves admitted over the phone that they know Liberty can t provide the letter because it s not industry practice to request such a letter After 3 hours I called them and requested them to refund my quote payment They failed to do so rejecting the payment on their side It took my modern Revolut bank 7 DAYS to automatically refund the unclaimed payment Anpost went above and beyond to be as awkward as possible and it seemed very apparent over the phone that they got enjoyment from doing this A disgusting attitude to have Anpost Insurance are ultimately an Aviva reseller I signed up with Aviva directly without any of these problems and by quote was 80 euros cheaper per year I will no longer be using Anpost for anything but post Avoid like the plague
