I love how easy it is to get a quote

I love how easy it is to get a quote and you are always so competitive sometimes even against yourself I always get a new quote that s cheaper than my renewal which you can n very match on my existing policy I m just glad it s so easy to set up a new policy online makes life very easy

An Post were good at providing details in Simple Language

An Post were good at providing clear info on the quote Language was easy to understand Other companies are too full of jargon Bad point is - cannot get quote or policy sent in Post eventhough we as customers are PAYING for the insurance cover

Very good value for Home Insurance in the first year An Post tried to bump it up in the second year but I managed to secure a discount Fast and efficient service from a national institution that deserves our support

Would of been five stars but I rang on a Friday and again on a Saturday both days told there was no one there to process my house insurance payment Now I can t draw down my mortgage for 2 weeks as solicitor gone on annual leave Other than that great value insurance cover

Post insurance is very easy to organise and I only gave them 4 stars because like all insurance you have to have it but afraid to make a claim because they punish you for doing so Otherwise I m very happy with post service

Mainly the ability to speak to a real person and have a sensible discussion about my cover My rating would have been five stars except I am being caught by the minimum premium policy

Good customer service and decent premium

Little bit of run around with customer service trying to hoodwink me into paying a higher premium but managed to get it lowered Customer service is good which is a massive compliment in this day and age Lowest premium I ve had in years so happy out can definitely save when you shop around
