Organising this service was easy and simple They were very understanding of any changes along the way The movers were friendly and efficient Moving all my belongings in one go I was moving to a ground floor property due to mobility issues I was unable to get family and friends ro help with moving because it was so close to Christmas It was very reassuring to know that I had a booking with a reputable and reliable removals company that wasn t going to change and that it was within my budget So I didn t have to borrow any money to afford moving costs It helped me to feel more independent which boosted my confidence now that I am newly disabled

This was a fantastic move The guys arrived on time loaded the vans 2 very quickly waited patiently until our deal completed and then did a difficult unload - everything had to be carried down a long path to the lift They worked very very hard and were alway cheerful even when it started to pour with rain Could not recommend them more highly Pat Chapman-Pincher

These guys are actually superheroes The guys we hired to move a 4 5 bed house didn t turn up on the day We contacted Apex at 11 and they immediately found us 2 vans and had another 2 with us within a couple hours Absolutely faultless and your guys all worked exceptionally hard in extremely stressful situation for all of us and kept us smiling throughout So efficient and genuinely saved the day Won t even consider going anywhere else and will recommend to everyone i know

We moved in lockdown

We moved out of London in lockdown with a 3-week old baby So understandably it was a stressful time for us Our usual removal company s quote was unreasonably high so we opted for Apex I must say that their team did incredibly well They arrived on time were careful with our belongings and respected social-distancing measures We were late arriving to our new home but they were not disgruntled at all and continued to work very hard I would recommend them and will certainly use them next time
