Update to APG response Again this is what I m asking for from APG and they have refused I will update if they live up to their description of the product as simple easy to assemble in 25-30 minutes How is it going above and beyond if they are not supplying a product as described They present me as the unreasonable one when I am simply trying to get a product that is simple easy to assemble in 25-30 minutes The display I received takes two people over an hour to assemble APG has magnanimously stated they will waive a restocking fee What they didn t state here is that I will still have paid over 900 and have nothing to show for it Is it going above and beyond to tell me they will waive a restocking fee but I will still be out of pocket over 900 and have no product I asked for a different display They won t do it They keep saying the display looks good I keep telling them The assembly is not as they advertised Prior review Still trying to work something out with their management I filed a complaint with the BBB BTW APG Exhibits is not BBB-accredited APG responses have misrepresented me and stated falsehoods They also did not post my less-than-flattering but still politely-worded review They keep telling me that they have sold thousands of displays with no one having an issue or complaining - yes I am the only one - yet they have just 5 positive reviews of the product I purchased Of course they have no negative reviews apparently they don t post them I will update if they live up to their description of the product as simple easy to assemble in 25-30 minutes

INCREDIBLY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Our company has ordered multiple items from this company and I just called in to ask a few questions about ordering updated graphics for our trade show booth and had a HORRIBLE customer service experience You can see everything on our website Incredibly rude and not helpful at all I would recommend looking elsewhere for trade show booth needs as they all offer the same stuff and I am sure you can find a nicer customer experience elsewhere Sorry I called and asked a question lady

Rude Customer service agent Melissa
I spoke to a customer service agent by the name of Melissa which clearly she need more training in customer service She was very rude she didn t allow me to explain to her that I have talked to Another agent previously I tried to make a order online and the merchant company held the money up and she showed no compassion what s so ever I was trying to make a order for a very important event she gave me no other options not even try to work with in fact she hung up She was very rude

I ordered a trade show display - 1830 - advertised as easy simple assembly in 25-30 minutes Not even closel I tried to work with their customer service who responded that they don t guarantee that statement There are other problems as well I ve politely written a few emails with photos showing the issues They re saying they have done what they can Also they did not post my review of the product on their website it was not written in a nasty tone - just a description of my experience so take the reviews on their site with a grain of salt

Not a legitimate company - do not use
We placed an order for black trade show tubs in June 2022 with a guaranteed ship date of August 2022 In August we received an order of laminate flooring I cannot even begin to understand why we received flooring When we reached out to them they said they would send these tubs ASAP We ended up with cheap plastic tubs that were a completely different size color and material This company is not legitimate - do not use

Stan rocks
Stan Kathryn and Mike are great Very responsive understanding and professional They got the job done I was referred to APG from a vendor colleague who has used them for their table throws We had a few made and they turned out very well We placed a complex order that we needed for an upcoming trade show When we reached the limits of my design capabilities Stan made sure we got what we needed TO A T The complex design on the multiple throws turned out perfectly and we got our throws in time for the show We will be return customers again
