DO NOT USE
First of all website booking is not clear that your car is parked and left at Harlow terminal carpark if I had known that I would ve just drove straight to Stansted Furthermore we had to wait over an hour for them to bring us a car everybody that answers the phone sounds half asleep and doesn t ever have a clue what s going on I even got put the phone down on me three times and they refuse to answer the phone back to me once they had dropped my car back to Me at the airport we noticed scratches on my car My car stunk of smoke and the exhaust was rattling really loud after ringing them and explaining to them I want video footage of taken from the car when we left it at Harlow lady who couldn t even speak proper English i e none of them could Didn t want to communicate with me and just kept fobbing me off we know for a fact that this car has been used driving about for the weekend as the mileage was up more significantly then when we left it this company is a bunch of Asian family run Cowboys - the service is absolutely appalling When upon questioning them I wanted to know who s been driving my car surprisingly no one knew nothing DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY WILL DRIVE YOUR CAR AROUND ALL WEEK NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE TO YOU And when they do they are VERY RUDE ON THE PHONE they ARRIVED LATE TO PICK US UP AFTER TELLING THEM I HAVE A 3 year OLD IN COLD AND RAIN FOR OVER AN HOUR AND NOT TO FORGET DAMAGE YOUR CAR POLICE HAVE BEEN CONTACTED

They just don t care All they want is your money
No refund was provided for a two-week booking despite cancelling on the day parking was due to start There was no possibility of calling and it was almost impossible to find a complaint form After sending five emails only one response was received

Felt extremely unsafe
Had a bad gut feeling about this company so asked a friend to accompany me to and from as we were going on a girls trip Due to an array of miscommunication and poor planning we ended up missing our flight When we left the car at the terminus car park I was offered the option to either leave them the key so that upon re-entry into the country my car would be returned to me at the airport or keep the key and be dropped back to the terminus car park to pick up the car with an additional 7 charge for the ride After missing the flight I called the park and ride company to inform them that I would need my car and was informed that a driver would be with me in 20mins After 45 mins I called again and asked to speak to the designated driver to get an actual ETA which was denied and I was advised that the driver would be with me within the next 10-15mins After another 20 30mins the driver arrives and provides me with the pick up point and informs me that I shouldn t be take any longer than 10 mins otherwise I would get a ticket I assumed it would be my car outside as I left them with the key After meeting them at the agreed meeting spot pick up point d I am met with a people carrier not my car to which I inform the driver that this is not my car The driver then tells me that because I missed my flight and returning sooner that they will take me to my car free of charge there were two men in the car from the company Once I got into the car I noticed that to my right the door was broken and was held closed with cable ties which made me feel very uneasy I proceeded to ask for my keys to which one of the two men informed me that we were going to get my keys As you can image as two young girls in car driven by two men not being the most communicative was deeply unsettling We are then transported down a very dark country road It is around 6am in the winter so it s already dark as you can probably imagine and we turn up to house A third man exits the house carrying water bottles and proceeds to open the passenger door to which my friend very frantically exclaims that we don t know what is going on and we feel very unsafe I then ask for my keys a second time whilst calling my other friend to hear what is going on sharing my locations and providing him with the supposed destination After all of this we eventually get to the terminus car park where the driver lets out the two men to what I am assuming their cars to begin their shifts and the driver takes us up to 6th floor where my car was parked Once we get out and re-enter my car the driver doesn t move from his spot which is adjacent from my car which added to the already unsettled feeling we were already feeling We then swiftly drive off Really wouldn t recommend especially as young girls travelling in the dark

Another negative review from us- website does not specify your car is parked 47 minutes away from the airtport 1 5hours worth of petrol - I have a tracker so noticed the car was in Harlow and the driver was speeding more than 80mph- car returned after 1hour wait and was disgusting on the outside - drivers look unprofessional -poor customer service AVOID IS BEST

Absolutely Shocking
Absolutely ShockingOrange Short Stay Car Park The walk must have been a mile from where i got off What An Absolute joke You exit at the far end of the building then have to walk a mile to reach the car park Get meet greet or long stay bus it will save you a very long walk

Never again 170 parking charge
Never again Got told to go to orange car park handed keys over and thought I could enjoy enjoy my holiday 3 months later received a letter for an unpaid parking charge of 170 Having phoning up the company to explain their fault they got defensive and put the phone down on me So I had to pay the full 170 charge Unprofessional company taking advantage of your money

I booked parking and minutes later had Fraud people
I booked parking and minutes later had to cancel because my car developed a fault I received no refund which was 3 days to travelling no number to call very concerning that this is happening and they are taking peoples money without being accountable

Pre booking car park is a scam AVOID
I booked my car park through Ryanair as I thought it would be easier Booking and paying was easy but it stopped there I never received the email from the car park company When I contacted Ryanair I was told I needed to contact the car park directly In fairness to them they resent me the details but is a pain to have to go to another provider Then we needed to change our travelling dates due to illness And guess what You can t amend your booking if you booked through Ryanair All they provide is a no show letter to claim from your travel insurance So on top of the stress of having to deal with the issue which stopped us from travelling I have now to deal with the fact that Ryanair and Manchester Airport Group owner of Stansted car park have fleeced Avoid this company and Ryanair at all costs
