Only after putting my small amount of Crypto into your platform i had been made aware of the high withdraw fee 20USD Very dissapointed as my value deposited is just over 20USD Well done to you now my funds are stuck there

Don t put your money here

You reduced the interest 7 to 1 the day after I transferred the assets and I can t transfer my Btc to my wallet and staking elsewhere The platform claims that I don t have the amount of BTC I do but if I want to sell and exchange it for another cryptocurrency paying fees I can Disappointed I have not and will not transfer any more assets to this platform

Have used aqru ok until dropped rates

I decided to join the platform due to the high returns on stablecoins However one day after I deposited my coins I decided to withdraw them to return my trades the platform has few coins for trades On the AQRU website they say that withdrawals usually take 20 minutes In my case it s been 3 days and I still haven t received my money They are requesting information via email claiming it s for security Each email requesting something will only be returned after 24 hours It s been more than 3 days and NOTHING about my money I don t trust and don t recommend it Doubtful company which so far has not returned my money

Have used aqru ok until dropped rates now not worth doing They have now asked for more information and have suspended withdrawals until I provide nothing about this on website just being awkward to stop everyone withdrawing their money I don t see a future with this company

Aqru shuts down withdraw system

Be aware don t trust this company While I doing the test by withdrawing the fund it has been 12 hrs and still nowhere to be found I am an experienced crypto investor and this is definitely a huge red flag if it takes a minimum of 24 hrs to withdraw during a normal day it will take many days to withdraw during network congestion if it is even possible

withdrawals first restricted then blocked without explanation

Aqru intentionally shuts down the withdrawal in their apps and website recently Funny they insist the withdrawal is fully operational It took me almost 2 weeks back and forth to follow up to fu ing CS to finally get my own money I am done with this weirdo and deceptive exchange

Crypto is held hostage to insane questionnaire

A few days ago Aqru first restricted withdrawals to about 1000 a day without explanation customer support says I can withdraw anything I want but it s not the case they said they escalated new development today the verification team asked me questions I answered them all and now my withdrawal limit is 0 i e all the money I have at Aqru is currently blocked and still without any explanation

Don t be fooled into thinking you can withdraw your crypto once your account is verified When you try your withdraw will be cancelled and you ll be required to complete a second questionnaire consisting of questions that are very intrusive and almost impossible to answer Of course you don t hear about these questions until AFTER your crypto is deposited Then it can be held hostage I believe that these demands aren t communicated before deposits are made because if they were AQRU wouldn t have any customers Very bad way to run a business

AVOID if you value your money

I have money invested that they keep emailing telling me it is available for withdrawal but I have been locked out of my account because I don t have their minimum required balance No response to multiple emails they have literally stolen my money I am considering legal action AVOID AT ALL COSTS
