Update 8 June 2022I have now been using AQRU for about 7 weeks and I thought it would be useful to update my review The experience so far has been rather positive I know there has been a lot of frustration due to the fact that rates have gone down abruptly and I do agree AQRU could have done more to give some notice to costumers Said that we all know what the market conditions are right now and I do appreciate the effort made to ensure that investments remain safe I have been in contact few times with the customer service which has proven always very efficient and helpful The initial bonus and those acquired through the referral programme have been paid so far as expected For the referral in the app you can only see how many times your code has been used This is not very useful and potentially misleading as you can not know how many of those are actually fulfilling the conditions for the bonus to be paid Here the app could be improved Yet once again the costumer service has been very helpful and transparent in providing the missing piece of information I will keep using AQRU and see how it will behave once the market conditions stabilize and what new features and options will be developed I will update again in few weeks Stay tuned 8 May 2022I m using Aqru since about three weeks and so far my experience is positive Simple to use very intuitive I give 4 stars because it has a rather limited number of crypto assets although rates are competitive I have contacted the support in one occasion very responsive and efficient I will review again in a few weeks after gaining more experience I leave my referral code code if you want to use it when signing up G5SLSG

Excellent user experience but currently the rates are not competitive - i e 1 in Btc

Great support team who always resolved my queries within 24hrs including one time I accidentally made an external transaction which they happily cancelled in time I would have given them 5 stars if it wasn t for the recent uninformed reduction on eth staking rewards from 7 to 1 and no indication of when it is likely to return back to 7 I strongly recommend using them

Aqru are very professional and I have had no issues using their platform Everything works and I have been able to deposit earn swap and withdraw without any issues I recently removed funds from Aqru when rates suddenly dropped down to 1 following the LUNA UST meltdown Some have suggested this means that Aqru had exposure to this and client funds may have been at risk and losses sustained however no announcement from Aqru has been made about losses However it does appear the sudden drop in rates and the meltdown of Luna ust certainly may appear to be linked For this reason I removed my funds and it took 24hrs for the withdrawal as per terms of Aqru Addressing the meltdown would have been good especially with the dramatic drop in rates It does lead people to believe that clients funds have been lost 4 stars because of the drop in rates rather poor UI not really address if client s funds were lost due to the LUNA UST meltdown cost of withdrawal is 20usd or equivalent in crypto However they are professional friendly and the platform does work

Servis works well deposit was fast Communication is also good but last rates update from 12 to 3 is just too big drop

The idea and implementation are very good the app is easy to use although not intuitive at all points I deducted one star because the investors who put their trust in Aqru could have been given a little more information about the conditions for interest rates to return to their old levels

Generally the site app works well and is straightforward Yield rates were cut at short notice and are now around 1-5 lower for some coins than competitors such as LEDN Withdrawal fees are high

Very simple interface Compared to Binance less is better I could easily start staking and hopefully will be able to select from a wider variety of currencies in the future Competition is good and I m eager to know what this company has to offer for his users in time

Use the Aqru support chat quite a bit as I m relatively new to the cyrpto world and they are always great with me and give clear and simple advise
