Rates changed far too drastically overnight to make this a viable product v what is in the market currently

Really loved the site But within a month after joining you lowered the stacking with 700 from 7 to 1 First place I found any information on je was on REDDIT out of all places YOU posted there instead of mailing us in advance or putting it on your site Just plain silly and 700 drop is insane And week after dropping the USDT and ETH rates by MASSIVE amounts you added freaking maple for 7 That where our rewards went I also liked your referral system but with your 700 drop all my referrals rightfully dropped it I m pretty sure I m out after I collect my bonus This was just plain silly Even on the bottum of this page you still advertising 12 Just like everywhere else Only a 11 difference Disgrace really

The GUI is fantastic and the ease of use is top notch However the redraw fees are steep and there is a 24h delay when you are redrawing your asset In addition the initial APR has been radically reduced so based on that I would not recommend AQRU

At this moment in time I m feeling slightly sick wondering if I ve made a terrible mistake Like others following the drop in interest rates I attempted to withdraw and found unexpected and detailed KYC demands I would have been ok with that if the same level of demand had been asked on deposit but it wasn t After doing my best to respond to AQRU I then received an email saying my account was fully operational and attempted a withdrawal again I received a confirmation email acknowledging the withdrawal stating the funds would be sent in the next 24 hours It has now gone past 24 hours and the withdrawal has not happened I ve given 2 stars rather than 1 because I m desperately hoping that there are misunderstandings on my part and everything will be fine But I m not feeling good right now Update - withdrawal now successful Raised rating but feel unsure about this company at the moment

The app is simple and intuitive which is really nice for people that are starting in this subject but the interest rates aren t good enough right now

It started OK kind of interesting Then abrupt APY fall understandable When I withdraw part of my assets I paid a high commission no chance of selecting other networks Put the rest in a fix term deposit But before fix term started I decided to retrieve it discovering AQRU charge a 0 5 fee for that Once again a fee for an operation that didn t started plus extra 20 if I want to withdraw it I m staking at Binance Nexo Hodlnaut Celsius and YouHodler All of them lower withdrawal fees or free and same or better APYs AQRU please do the math and change some rules

interets rate became too low 3 on stablecoin is too low Another crypto loans site like Nexo seems better with 8 I don t understand whyAqru began with a good 12 and drop to 3 in stablecoin never mind

All good unfortunately the reqards dropped a lot recently so there better alternatives now
