bad communication bad customer service
First I ordered an item that was in stock on the website this was on a Monday now Sunday and still not received ordered decorations on a Tuesday next day delivered no communication why delayed not received first article now waiting on plants with no idea when they will be delivered

Delivery times are a lie products are great
I ordered a tank that was not in stock The page stated 1-2 days However it took 2 Weeks For it to arrive Even worse was that the company has never contacted me personally to inform me on the delay I had to contact support myself to find out where my order was I have given them this feedback and they have never even sent me a reply Just ignored my complaint The website has at this time not changed the delivery timeframe and still states 1-2 days while they cannot actually deliver in 1-2 days The products were great and packaged well
