Great Service at a reasonable rate Having been in the fishkeeping hobby for quite a while I have ordered and had mixed experiences with online fish ordering but due to my bad experiences with my local fish store I decided to give Aquatics to your door a go Ordered some goldfish for my wife s tank from the photographed section The fish I was happy to see arrived in one large bag within a polystyrene box still fully inflated and happily swimming about and the same 3 fish ordered Extremely happy with the service and all at a reasonable price

First time ordering from the company and I must say I am not disappointed The fish arrived well within the timeframe fish were packed perfectly and safely Upon looking at the fish initially they all looked very healthy and lively and vibrant colours Still going strong 24 hours later would highly recommend these If ever want more fish definitely using these

First order and VERY impressed

Ordered Sunday night and delivered in perfect condition 9am Tuesday morning I was updated straight away about my order and was not left wondering I believe the delivery pricing is reasonable for the way the fish come packaged plus the delivery driver handled my babies with lots of care Beautiful guppy s and they didn t appear to be too stressed out in the box which is always a plus They have fit right into my tank straight away I must say the little blue lobster I ordered has blown me away he is so perfect and friendly I actually adore him Thankyou

First online fish buying experience

Recieved our fish at 8 15am well packed all in excellent health no issues found the staff more than helpful we recieved a large order would definatly buy from again Thankfully made our first purchase of online fish buying a pleasurable experience 5

The koi were a nice selection of colours

The koi were a nice selection of colours unlike another company l bought from who sent five koi all the same colour My koi arrived today and were very healthy as well as being vibrant colours I will only use this company as delighted with the fish and they are considerably cheaper than other fish suppliers Would without hesitation recommend Aquatics To Your Door even their tropical fish are a lot cheaper

Beautiful healthy fish

Fantastic service would highly recommend Bought some peacock cichlids firemouth cichlid catfish pleco type fish guppies and tetras from this company and the fish are beautiful They arrived when stated well packaged and the heat pack was still warm-they had a long journey up to Scotland They are thriving in their new home Highly recommended the peacocks as they have the most amazing colouring

Fist of all i had a courtesy call

Fist of all i had a courtesy call due to ordering pond marine fish Ordered on Wed and was able to get Thurs or Fri The driver called to say he was 30mins away well into the time slot 7am-1300 well packaged and BEAUTIFUL Specimens I was told that the little Fuzzy Lionfish was eating frozen food after a week of him settling in he now swims out at feeding time is just so Cool a character my Long finned Grass Carp as STUNNING Examples

After having some trouble with my order

After having some trouble with my order leaving a bad review I feel absolutely terrible about doing so I did have to wait much longer than expected for delivery due to difficulties the shop was having with phone lines Internet issues none of which was there fault Once they were back up running my order came very quickly but most of all the fish were all happy alive even a couple of months later still no issues with the fish still all very healthy Also got a couple of freebies with my order which definitely made up for all the waiting I would 100 recommend Aquatics To Your Door will buy again very soon myself
