Took a long time to pay my claim Vets always want money up front so after a road accident i was left short for a while Argos didn t even look at the claim for five days Then had to wait five days for payment This of course is clear working days

It was slow to begin with but then I was pleasantly surprised that I got the payment sorted Having experienced a really stressful time the claim process was straightforward

I don t like how it takes far too long

I don t like how it takes far too long to receive payment from a claim I ve had to wait almost 2 weeks from submitting my claim for payment and I m still waiting for it to go in the bank been told it can now take 5 working days from it being approved I had to pay out over 1000 as my vets don t do direct claims with Argos so I never expected it to take over 2 weeks and counting for the claim to be approved and then paid

Quick payment however the payment was short by approx 60 after deduction of the excess and no explanation as to why No telephone number to call to query we assume the consultation fee isn t covered but it would of been helpful to be able to confirm this and or it be detailed in the settlement letter

I have had this policy brought up three

I have had this policy brought up three times now I keep getting a email to retrieve my policy so although I have filled all parts including payment I am still unsure that my policy has been set up

Very slow process

Very slow process Communication wasn t very good They left messages on my account but had no notification to tell me that messages was left Claim from vet to insurance was hard as the insurance system was different to others they have used

Loss of Confidence in Argos Insurance

I recently purchased a policy through Compare the Market and unfortunately encountered a small hiccup After selecting the 0-3 months option a random date of birth was generated for me I promptly emailed them within an hour of purchasing the policy to rectify the error but was still charged an admin fee I reached out to their customer service team hoping they would be understanding and dismiss the additional premium However they couldn t do this which unfortunately led to a loss of confidence in their insurance services
