My pesky young dog managed to reach the counter and consume a large proportion of the Welsh cakes I had made A trip to the vets followed immediately as currants are poison to dogs Petplan was in touch quickly and agreed paid my claim within a week I have always found them quick direct and fair and have used them for all my dogs over nearly 20 years

Petplan were recommended by the breeder we got our Ragdoll kitten from Unfortunately we had to make a claim early on Our vets dealt directly with Petplan for us and petplan kept us updated and we were surprised at how quickly they processed the claim and settled our vet bill We have peace of mind for a reasonable monthly amount but hopefully we won t need to use them again
