Absolutely appalling service from start to finish Complete lack of communication claim was not registered properly No outbound comms Was a simple claim

Claimed today for damaged headphones and paid the excess only to then find out I have to cover the postage for the damaged item to be sent to them to be repaired No mention of this at all in the policy If I had of lost the headphones then the lady on the phone agreed they would have just paid for the replacement DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY UPDATE 1 6 23 12 55 - As requested I have sent all evidence via email and await a response UPDATAE 1 6 23 14 53 - Apparently there s been a lack of training and although you do have to pay for the postage it s refunded to you when repair is complete We shall see

Don t know how this company is getting great reviews tried to put a claim in took my money instantly of course how they have the nerve to not mention they work with the underwriter Davis group limited reviews speak for themselves Absolutely pathetic vile staff members who can t even spell manners They will do anything to avoid paying out Sure Arma Karma will write some generic crap underneath we will contact you via mail save your breath you parasites EDIT I find your response pitiful This claim of abusive language is a good way to try and discredit my experience with you No abusive language was mentioned The way you have spoke and treated me most definitely deserved warranted some foul language but none was given so stop lying you pathetic liar I was bombarded with 20 questions and it felt like an interrogation All for a 35 claim I got my claim timescales wrong by a few measley hours but that s quickly classed as fraudulent and your time to shine kicked in Thanks for giving me my own money back you say it like you re doing me a favour Avoid these sly sly people
