Do not be fooled the insurance may be easy to setup but they will use any method of denying claims Tried 3 different methods of denying a claim before finding one that would stick My advice is to stay well away Easy to take your money does not pay out claims Note the product was purchased online in the UK through the official vendor store In reply to your claims about the processing when I was offered a value that was significantly below the market price of the item which I queried I was then put on hold whilst the claim member talked to legal who then said they would remove the settlement amount Then after further querying they talked to legal again 2nd time to try and not pay out As discussed I will be taking up with financial ombudsman Also note your process asks if the item was purchased in the UK which for all intents and purposes it was e g official product with a VAT invoice through the actual company store Insta360 Again other buyers beware

Guys do not be fooled I ve tried to make a claim months ago and they keep saying they will get back to me in 7 days and they have not My tv has been broken for several months tried to claim sent all proof and after sending proof they don t respond to you Might seem easy to set up but they just steal your money and when you claim they don t respond Don t recommend this company at all Is a complete fraud

Absolutely terrible company Total shower Awful customer service This company will not pay out without a receipt so if you ve had a gift bought you ie an expensive pair of sunglasses they will not pay out They hang up on the phone and do not respond to emails in a timely manner Age old saying if it seems to good to be true

These guys are absolutely useless Despite me having my phone stolen waiting 3 hours in a police station to get the official police report providing proof of purchase all other evidence required- Arma Karma refused to pay my claim because I could not provide proof of usage This is just a loop hole for them to get out of paying their customers My phone was my own purchased by me hence I wanted to ensure the PHONE not the SIM CARD The sim card within it was my company s therefore a business sim card which was not under my name nor did I have access to the network provider They refused to pay without a letter from my network provider even though I got an official letter from my employer to explain why I could not provide this THEY ARE CROOKS and will make any excuse not to pay you

awful service slow responses I have been waiting 9 days since making a claim and am no closer to getting my phone fixed The communication is poor and this is my second time making a claim due to what I believe is further damage after they did not repair my phone adequately last time ArmaKarma outsource their insurance claims to Davies Group who do not respond I feel really angry with the lack of support received so far and I would not recommend the company to anybody

It is terrible company they are trying to get money out of our pocket and when we need to submit claim they turn into scam company I recommend everyone not to waste money by dealing with them
