Customer service is very unreasonable They will not do the right thing for a loyal customer even though we have a large network of friends to correct a mistake Very strict with their policy to the point of being annoying Because of this I will never shop with them again and will continue to tell everyone it s not a company you want to do business with Plenty of other brands out there that care about customer experience

Item horrendous to return
The item itself I would describe as ok - it looks good but not particularly practical i e can only use it for a maximum of 15 minutes for outward facing It is very expensive but I wanted to try it so thought I would order The biggest issue with this Company is that you can t easily return - the website suggests you used Fedex no link as to how and then I was quoted over 100 to return the product by Fedex - a third of the cost of the item Absolutely outrageous I am awaiting a response from Artipoppe customer service to assist with my return but based on other reviews I can t see this being a straight forward process which is unacceptable in this day and age

Bruised hip bones not comfortable
I bought an artipoppe carrier second hand so I have no experience with the company itself their customer service etc but what I can say is that their carriers are so over rated and over priced Everyone talks about them being so comfortable soft the best out there I have been wearing mine for 2 weeks and everyday I am a little bit sorer This morning I looked in the shower to find my hip bones are bruised I wear it the right way I ve watched videos on how to correctly wear a baby carrier my baby is close enough to kiss - I m doing it all right But I m sore tender and bruised I honestly feel like people must be having the same experiences as me but they put up with it for looks

very bad quality
The carrier falls apart after a few weeks in use Material not long lasting at all I do not recommend purchasing Replacement was not send out after I claimed the issue as no message was received how to proceed After one year I tried to contact again and the offer of an replacement is suddenly gone I was offered a 50 gift voucher The cost of my carrier was over 450 all for nothing as we never used it and it was laying in a box for 2 years Very bad customer service

Customer experience is awful First my carrier got molded water spilled in my diaper bag the next day when I pulled it out it was all covered in mold I have tried everything to remove it Dry cleaners included I was hoping to get some help from the artipoppe but I faced ignorance they will not work with you I was hoping that they ll at least offer a discount so could order a new one since it s an expensive purchase The carrier is comfortable and I liked using it a lot but the fabric is so fragile that it is bazaar If you have a blow out it will not wash out which is possible with the baby baby food stains etc the carrier can not be washed in high temperatures it is mainly for hand wash with baby it seems like impossible If you are gonna buy one get the dark color I m starting to questing was the fabric with mold to begin with because I don t understand how could mold grow so fast on the item Moving forward they have a referral program so since they didn t offer any discount to me or help and I needed a new one desperately I shared my referral with other people since it s a referral right Well guess what they removed me from referral program I got screwed by artipoppe in every way possible I ll see how I can share more photos with moldy artipoppe online because people should be aware The company should make it right to it s customer and be more helpful in resolving such issues

After 14 months of baby wearing using my antipope carrier both of the security buckles gave way I would be very wary about making the investment - yes they look beautiful but the quality does not live up to the price tag and nor does the customer service Extremely disappointed

Customer service is terrible Don t waste your money
Customer service is terrible I got this expensive carrier thinking it will be forever or at least until my baby grows out on it not even close it s tearing and in a couple of weeks more it will be completely broken I can see I emailed them because I got it 3 weeks ago and they send me a video of how to fix it myself what a joke I am sending this thing back Never again

RUBBISH QUALITY- avoid
Stay well away from this company We paid a small fortune for a baby carrier and after 3 short uses with a newborn it has fallen apart Emailed customer services only to be told they couldn t do anything RUBBISH
