A human actually answers the phone when you call a pleasant experience compared to other companies A serious devotion to the security aspect of their job and all products associated with the company A good quick service for me just a shed key but I would imagine the commitment to all parts related to their business is just the same First class

Premium product and service

Ordered 2 identical 3 bike storage sheds One for home and one for my holiday home Very easy to understand instructions supplied and assembly completed in a couple of hours with 2 pairs of hands The shed is so well designed it goes together easily and the delivery was very well organised I would recommend the product to anyone I believe you get what you pay for and these are worth every penny

Despite the pressures of the pandemic the service Asgard provided was exemplary The delivery was exactly as expected - the driver being extremely polite and helpful Although Asgard sheds are comparatively expensive compared to the ones sold by large DIY stores mine was worth every penny as the quality is second to none Even an issue with one of the components was rectified immediately with no extra costs incurred Excellent value for money I would highly recommend them Mr Buswell Northamptonshire

Superb Company

The shed is superb quality I had a couple of minor issues with missing parts but Helen went over and above and arranged for two fitters to visit and fit the missing parts so I would not be inconvenienced They arrived on time as arranged and Helen has also offered to send out extra hooks free of charge as a bonus It makes a pleasant change to deal with a company that takes care of their customers in this manner I would not hesitate to recommend Asgard if you are considering buying a quality product

I rarely leave company reviews but my experience with Asgard was spot on and needed to be shared From purchase to after-sale customer service Asgard have been amazing I love the quality of the shed and the grey colour looks really nice in my garden Asgard kept us fully and clearly informed regarding delivery which was several weeks The sales team were quick and responsive at dealing with a payment query that i raised after purchase I have and will recommend this company to all my friends and family Thankyou Asgard A very happy customer

Superb Product Service

I purchased the ASG Access Bike Storage Shed to store 4 adult mountain bikes After an acceptable lead time the delivery was fantastic as was the delivery driver He had a wealth of knowledge on the product and proved to be very useful polite I managed to build the shed by myself with a little helper to hold the back partition steady and then to lift the lid on The shed is solid and very secure I can fit 4 adult mountain bikes comfortably and with a shelf at each end and hooks on the back I can also fit all the bike accessories and helmets Very satisfied with the product and the service throughout

I ordered 3x storage units which arrived yesterday Yes there is a wait on delivery but honestly we ll worth it The quality of them are fantastic We are using them on our tennis courts in the middle of an open park and they are amazing The delivery driver was fantastic too and put all the pieces together where I going to be building them without any trouble Would 100 recommend
