Your billing and coding class needs more coding I have completed the AAPC coding course and it was far better and way more helpful Your course needs to also included the national CPC exam

Made all my payments

Made all my payments ive been busy with work and havent been able to do my studies Today I finally able to work on it log in and find out I have to pay another 95 for an extension That just puts a foul taste in my mouth and I guess I just wasted my money paying for this course Not recommend to anyone

I did James Madison high school

I did James Madison high school However had to go somewhere else to get my high school diploma Did not work out very well Call tonight to try to see what I need to do to maybe get a plumbing license and I haven t got for far at all and it says it s possible however I want to do whatever it takes but I m skeptical

I took the gunsmithing course and maybe

I took the gunsmithing course and maybe I don t have all the information but there is no communication or help offered to inspire me to go and get some working experience since all that is offer her is theory Most schools have some kinda of job placement or something to that affect to help students get a job using the knowledge they acquired or is that only reserved your degreed programs I am grateful for the knowledge the books and a set of screwdrivers but at the same time I m disappointed in the practical knowledge as it is right now I m never going to work on a gun unless it s mine lack of experience First I wouldn t trust a gunsmith w no experience to work on my 5 or 6 hundred dollar firearm make it even worst I m a black man living in the northeast who wants to learn to work on guns something must be wrong with him because the ole boys club can t have that It s seems as if once that final bill is paid thanks for paying your bill see ya

To be honest it was going great and I loved it Then all of a sudden things changed and Everything became virtual text books And I have trouble learning without the actual paper material in front of me Hence the reason I signed up for this course because I was supposed to have all paper books shipped to me Now it s taking me a million times longer to sit her and learn everything and process it all I just wish they would of kept the promises made when I purchased the course If this was how it was going to be I wouldn t have picked this course to do

Degree downgrade

I will be losing my job and tuition assistance in the upcoming future and I requested a downgrade to an associates program for the same major I will no longer be able to afford the monthly payments so instead of losing time and money I have invested I can t understand why some sort of accommodations can t be made I think that if you are enrolled in a B A or B S program and haven t even finished the Associates part of it that i should be able to roll it back if I choose I should not be told that I cannot do this when I am the one choosing my educational path and how where I want to spend my money

Ashworth used to be a great school and

Ashworth used to be a great school and I m not sure what happened but customer service became less helpful and professional as well as incorrect answers on test and the payment system was horrible I paid my monthly tuition payment on time and every month I was receiving a late fee stating my tuition payment was late Not sure how that was since I was enrolled in automatic payments Plus I kept getting emails with different balances on my account Customer service acknowledge and said it would be fixed and next month it was the same thing I finally decided to cancel because of all of the late fees and due date changing Also when I first enrolled there was more interaction with support emails and reminders about my studies and that stopped around the time I started having issues with payments Penn Foster is a better option I don t have any of these issues that I had with Ashworth Penn Foster I think partnered with Ashworth or bought them or whatever and I hope they revamp it because it definitely needs help

I have been trying since July to gain access to the GDS training and can not go further in my TA course until this happens I have tried live chat sent several emails and opened multiple tickets all going unanswered This is ridiculous Please help me Stacey Leonard

I can only speak for their Paralegal certificate program Weak coursework and to grade the one and only assignment it has been 10 days of waiting so far Coursera is 100 times better
