Need to improve breakdown assist charging after 15km from your garage or house can be very expensive esp when other insurance companies covers the costs from anywhere in Ireland to your garage or house

Slow to send paperwork

Rang to renewed my Car insurance woth Acorn went through everything swiftly on rhe day and payment taken in full as agreed they were to email policy and all the needed was a reply with a pucture of NCT disc I had to call them a week later as email never came spoke to a different lady who confirmed I had paid and renewed my insurance she said she would forward email now but yet again nothing came through Then I received an email reminding me to renew my insurance so I replied informing them that I had done so the previous week and then I received the email I responded with the NCT disc photo and eventually I received my Insurance disc on the 11th December

Hi overall service was and is great The only minor detail I had a issue with was when I phoned up and emailed to correct some details they were not corrected the first time I received my certificate I had to make a second phone call Minor detail otherwise good service

Although the agent who rang me was very helpful and pleasant my overall experience was marred by not being able to complete my renewal online The system indicated that there was an error despite the input information being correct I have no issues otherwise

I got a good quote but poor communication followed

I got a good quote I made a few enquiries and they were answered quickly I sent in the required documents scans etc 2 weeks ago and haven t heard whether they were in order or I m covered Poor communication The would have got 5 stars otherwise
