As I was unexpectedly in Canada due to a family bereavement when my policy was due for renewal I had no option but to renew it online from Canada I was horrified to find that instead of offering me the most favourable rate you quoted me 500 As I hadn t any claims and my car is now a year older an increase of 150 is exorbitant last year s premium was 350 To say I m disgruntled is putting it mildly With what I consider extremely shoddy treatment rest assured I shall not be recommending Acorn to any of my friends or acquaintances Your very dissatisfied HildaCooper
