Waiting over a week for my insurance cert and it still hasn tcome

Waiting on a lady to ring me back with over a week now

After purchasing car insurance in Sept 11 I am still waiting for my insurance certificate

Were late getting back with a revised quote and past renewal date

You never got back to me about my home insurance quote Which is due for renewal on 19 09 2024

All good except it was the wrong policy for me They don t tell you you are only insured for 30days if you are overseas it s all in the fine print

I rang to request a quote for car insurance The quote was competitive so I decided to go with it So far so good When I received the documentation by email my address contained several lines of unknown even though I had provided that information I was asked to return a signed copy of the pick document but the information emailed to me had no such document I requested it by email and was provided with a statement of fact This had no dedicated place for a signature so I just signed it wherever I was also asked to post the original of my no-claims bonus but nowhere was there any information where to post it to nor an address I told the sales person that my car was due the NCT a few days before the policy was to start and he said to wait posting the documentation and forward the NCT document with the rest but then I received a reminder to post everything before the NCT date that I had advised All in all the after sales service was extremely poor and unprofessional I would not go for this experience again

The quote i got was double my other quote not good enough and I have my house insurance with you

Bitterly disappointed that I have not received my Insurance Certificate and disk 1 week after I was told it was issued Cannot park in any town 2 weeks before Xmas as I have no disk displayed
