UPDATE 26th July 2019 Fantastic news from Aspers Alison from their customer care team just called me They have reviewed the case and are now paying out the full balance of winnings Alison Head of Customer Services has been in constant contact with me throughout the case and has been superb She requested a little bit of information that I duly sent on and following on from the review they are paying out the balance of 9 307 60 I want to say thank you to Alison and the team and to Aspers for agreeing to pay Would highly recommend on the back of this great service and constant kept in touch Many thanks again Complaint now filed and I won t be letting this go as I deem it unfair and unjust Email below Dear Mr XThis email refers to your withdrawal request of 9 307 60 submitted on the 21st of June 2019 We regret to inform you that the withdrawal has been refused on the basis that our Terms and Conditions were not complied with We refer to the Term 10 11 quoting the debit credit card details supplied by you in the registration process relate to a debit or credit account of which you personally are the sole account holder it is not for example a debit or credit card belonging jointly to you and your partner spouse or a company credit card and the name you have registered on your Player Account exactly matches the sole name on the debit credit card Our audit checks have flagged the card ending 4108 as a commercial card and under the circumstances the bets and winnings generated from the deposits are declared null and void Your deposited amount of 500 will be returned and the winnings forfeited As you would understand this is a general rule that is outlined in the user agreement signed upon registration Should you wish to discuss this matter further please feel free to write back to me or alternatively we can schedule a call as from tomorrow This is my company I own it 100 all shares and it is in my name The card is not a credit card it is a debit card There is no moral reason to use this T C as a reason to cancel my withdrawal The card is in my name and payment came from my own cleared funds Their issue is I won a fair bit and they do not want to pay I assume they have a team that attempts to stop payments where possible by falling back on T C small-print We recently had a family bereavement and I was using this win to take my partner and children away as it has been an awful few months I even told them it was happening my partner knows about he win the children obviously didn t get told the details I had to tell my partner it was now going legal all for such a minor matter and tell the kids there was a change of plan was not pleasant The card is solely mine the company is solely mine and the money it is solely mine all payments out are based on a positive net asset value so can be classed as dividend to loan account - simple and perfectly legal I cannot let this one go Aspers have been unprofessional here I do not mind losing never have it is one of the elements of playing in a casino But to win and have it pulled that s simply not on
