I ordered the wrong cases and asked for a return label instead they sold me two new cases for only 15 I took the Offer and gifted the older cases Great experience and customer service

First of all I love my phone case

First of all I love my phone case This is my second Astra Case The first one saved my 800 dollar phone from completely shattering the front of my phone So I ordered another Astra case right away and I ordered the wrong case by mistake Through an email with customer service was able to resolve my mistake within a few days I had my new phone case in hand within a few days The only thing I dislike about Astra case is that I m old fashioned and I like talking to an actual person on the phone for customer service Other than that it s a great company and has a great product

We ve owned these before and they get used a lot in our household We chose these because the price was right and they hold up pretty well You ll may go through a case in a year but the protection it offers is a solid choice for us

The Customer Service is awesome I ordered 2 cell phone covers by mistake and the wrong ones I emailed Customer service and they immediately refunded one of the duplicate and changed my actual order to the correct one They now have a Customer for life I highly recommend this company
