I purchased from ATE recently and found them to dispatch the item quickly My only gripe is prior to my purchase I contacted them as regards the vat on the item As I am based in Ireland with a vat number I queried if it was possible to buy from them minus the vat as I regularly do from other UK companies I didn t get a reply but needed the item so I had to purchase from them anyway Not a dealbreaker obviously but it would have being nice to receive a reply

I click and collected my purchase to avoid a delivery charge When I arrived there wasn t anybody on the counter so I had to use the phone provided not a great idea as it is not covid secure for all customers to use the same phone Apart from that I received my goods without any fuss
