Very Poor the last two orders there has been problems with Not shown up when promised and only been dispatched when i called to see what time delivery was Letting out customer down both times

Placed an online order on Christmas Eve morning and selected next day delivery Rang the office to confirm that delivery would be on Thursday 27th and was promised that somebody from the sales team would ring me back Never heard a thing and rang again on the 27th to hear a recorded message that the office was closed until 3rd Jan In the meantime the website is still behaving as if its business as usual order before 1pm for next day delivery Nothing on the website to say the office is closed and nothing to say when the next possible delivery would be Unacceptable
